HEALTH authorities want the power to detain people for up to three months if they refuse testing or treatment for infectious diseases.

Under draft legislation proposed by the State Government, someone with swine flu, measles or meningococcal disease could be forcibly held, examined and treated.

It is one of several wide-ranging powers sought to protect the public.

The Public Health Bill also would, for the first time, give authorities the power to override parents who refused treatment for their children with infectious conditions.

Other diseases that could be controlled include AIDS, polio, rabies, salmonella and cholera.

The tougher enforcement powers would come with a substantial increase in fines - up from $60,000 to $1 million and 10 years' jail - and relate to any serious risk caused to public health. SA Health public health director Kevin Buckett said the new legislation would give authorities wider powers to act more quickly.

"There's nowhere on Earth that is more than 36 hours from anywhere else and where people go, bugs can go," he said yesterday.

"We have to have legislation that can respond in that sort of time.

"The idea would be that we get them out of circulation, where they can't infect other people." Dr Buckett said there were many reasons people refused treatment, including mental health issues, language barriers and even malicious behaviour.

Non-communicable diseases, such as cancer and diabetes, could also be declared, allowing the Government to introduce codes of practice for certain industries or the community. Opposition health spokesman Duncan McFetridge said he supported powers to protect the public from infectious diseases but feared parts of the Bill - to be debated next year - would allow the Government to control people with chronic conditions.

"It's bordering on nanny-state legislation," he said. "It's understandable but how far do we go?"

Australian Medical Associat- ion state president Andrew Lavender said he welcomed most of the changes. as important to protect the public.

CDC stumped by deficiency linked to H1N1 deaths

All of these neurological conditions are associated with childhood Vitamin D deficiency. Exacerbating the problem further, many of these kids take anticonvulsant drugs, which lower Vitamin D levels.

58 million American children are Vitamin D deficient; 7.6 million are severely deficient.

When researchers looked at more than 6,000 American kids (age one to 21) who were carefully selected to be representative of the average American child. 9 percent of the kids had 25(OH)D levels less than 15 ng/mL and 70 percent had levels less than 30 ng/mL.

FDA approves experimental H1N1 prior to children's safety trials

(vactruth.com) In a stunning move, the FDA has approved four monovalent Swine Flu vaccines for the following companies: CSL Limited, MedImmune LLC, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Limited, and Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. Adding to the confusion is the fact that purported ’safety trials’ for the Swine Flu vaccine haven’t even begun, in some instances.

By example, Novartis is just starting vaccine safety trials for three to eight year old children supposedly as of 09/15/09 as reported in the last article I wrote entitled, “Ingredients Found in Spermicides, Cleaners, and Cosmetics along with Thimerosal, and Squalene Present in Experimental H1N1 Vaccine“. One can only wonder as to what head FDA officials are thinking when they approved the vaccine on the same day. Yet, according to the newly released package inserts, we now know exactly why this decision was made.

The document concerning the Novartis trial becomes a pivotal piece in discerning what is happening behind closed doors. Generally speaking, all four package inserts communicate the same message and are structured similarly. Therefore, we will select quotes from the Novartis insert for the purposes of this article.

PAST STUDIES ARE THE JUSTIFICATION FOR APPROVAL

How does a vaccine get approved without being properly tested for safety? The press release entitled “FDA Approves Vaccines for 2009 H1N1 Influenza Virus” which can be read here gives us our first clue…

“Based on preliminary data from adults participating in multiple clinical studies, the 2009 H1N1 vaccines induce a robust immune response in most healthy adults eight to 10 days after a single dose, as occurs with the seasonal influenza vaccine.”

“Clinical studies under way will provide additional information about the optimal dose in children. The recommendations for dosing will be updated if indicated by findings from those studies. The findings are expected in the near future.”

Needless to say there is a fair amount of assuming going on by high government officials and those that are practicing ‘evidence based medicine.’ The main assumption of course that this vaccine is perfectly safe. “Where is Novartis and others receiving their information from,” one may ask? The package insert for Novartis clearly states,

“Safety data were collected in a total of 2768 adult and geriatric subjects (18 years of age and older) who have received FLUVIRIN in 29 clinical studies since 1982.” (pg 6)

“In 9 clinical studies since 1997, among 1261 recipients of FLUVIRIN, 745 (59%) were women; 1211 (96%) were White, 23 (2%) Asian, 15 (1%) Black and 12 (1%) other; 370 (29%) of subjects were elderly (≥65 years of age). All studies have been conducted in the UK, apart from a study run in the US in 2005-2006 where FLUVIRIN was used as a comparator for an unlicensed vaccine.” (pg 6)

“In 1987 a clinical study was carried out in 38 ‘at risk’ children aged between 4 and 12 years (17 females and 21 males)…Three clinical studies were carried out between 1995 and 2004 in a total of 520 pediatric subjects (age range 6 – 47 months).” (pg 10)

Are they implying no testing has been completed for this new experimental H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine? I can see the logic of someone believing that the experimental H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine is safe predicated on the fact it is created with the same ‘technology’ as past shots. Moreover, when official bodies of government reiterate a sound byte, it sure is easier to believe.

If the aforementioned studies in the vaccine insert indicate vaccine safety, it doesn’t make much sense to have safety trials. Even more so, wouldn’t the clinical studies performed would be totally useless if, by example, different formulations were different? It appears what is being said and what is being done are entirely different matters altogether.

SWINE FLU VACCINE TRIAL CONTRADICTS ‘OFFICIAL STORY’

Looking at the CDC’s website for the ingredients of FLUVIRIN, we see it contains the following ingredients:

“Beta-Propiolactone , Egg Protein, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Polyoxyethylene 9-10 Nonyl Phenol (Triton N-101, Octoxynol 9), Thimerosal (multidose containers), Thimerosal* (single-dose syringes)” (page 2)

Yet if we look at what is being tested in the trial we can abundantly see the two vaccines are not the same. Please look at page 2 of 13 of the experimental swine flu vaccine paperwork.

“MF59 is an adjuvant which is used in influenza vaccines licensed for adults and/or elderly in many countries worldwide, but it is not contained in any vaccines currently approved in the United States.”

If the MF59 adjuvant is approved for adults and elderly in different countries, but not approved in the United States, and at the same time we are having clinical trials on children now, how valid are those referenced studies in the FDA-approved-vaccine-inserts? That doesn’t appear to be evidence based to many in the scientific communities.

Nonoxynol-9 (which is a spermicide) mentioned on page 8 of the vaccine trial document is not mentioned as an ingredient in FLUVIRIN, according to the CDC’s website. Additionally, just because a vaccine has been manufactured by using the same process as the H1N1 vaccine insert implies, does not mean it has the same ingredients as past vaccines. Therefore, we cannot be presumptuous that all is well in the land of neurology or immunology.

Moreover, it appears that the Novartis Swine Flu vaccine insert is mostly a copied and pasted from the FLUVIRIN insert. Both inserts indicate that the vaccine is not for use for children under four years of age. Yet, Novartis is having a trial as I write this on three year old boys and girls. Even harder to grasp is the CDC’s recommendation that pregnant women and children 6-months of age are being shoved to the front of the line for being vaccinated.

The cruel irony on page 2 of the Novartis Swine Flu vaccine insert remarks,

“Safety and effectiveness of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers or children less than 4 years of age. (8.1, 8.3, 8.4)“

UNIVERSAL DECLARATIONS

I seem to recall not too long ago the FDA engaging in a witch hunt to prevent any alternative treatments for the H1N1 Swine Flu. In a press release, “FDA Warns Web Sites against Marketing Fraudulent H1N1 Flu Virus Claims” the FDA boldly declared,

“…the FDA warned consumers regarding products related to the 2009 H1N1 flu virus offered on the Internet. The products involved are those that are promoted and marketed to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat, or cure the 2009 H1N1 flu virus but are not approved, cleared, or authorized by the FDA. The agency advised operators of offending Web sites that they must take immediate action to ensure that they are not marketing products intended to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat, or cure the 2009 H1N1 flu virus that have not been cleared, approved, or authorized by the FDA.”

“The FDA will consider further civil or criminal enforcement action against those Web sites that fail to resolve the violations cited in warning letters. Actions could include seizure, injunction, and criminal prosecution.”

Let’s get this straight. The powers that be at the FDA asserts unequivocally that the experimental vaccines are safe and effective while some safety trials for the vaccines have not even been started. The formulations are clearly not the same from past flu vaccines although they are being treated as such. Additionally, testing is being conducted on children who are younger than the recommended ages in the vaccine inserts. Lastly, pregnant women and infants are FIRST in line for this vaccine. It almost all seems a bit criminal, doesn’t it?

When the FDA states that it will consider civil or criminal enforcement against blatantly falsified information, perhaps they can look no further than their own backyard.

Merrill W. Chase, Scientist Who Advanced Immunology, Dies at 98

Dr. Merrill W. Chase, an immunologist whose research on white blood cells helped undermine the longstanding belief that antibodies alone protected the body from disease and micro-organisms, died on Jan. 5 at his home in New York City, according to the Rockefeller University, where he worked for 70 years. He was 98.

Dr. Chase made his landmark discovery in the early 1940's while working with Dr. Karl Landsteiner, a Nobel laureate recognized for his work identifying the human blood groups. At the time, experts believed that the body mounted its attacks against pathogens primarily through antibodies circulating in the blood stream, known as humoral immunity.

But Dr. Chase, working in his laboratory, stumbled upon something that appeared to shatter that widespread tenet.

As he tried to immunize a guinea pig against a disease using antibodies he had extracted from a second pig, he found that blood serum did not work as the transfer agent.

Not until he used white blood cells did the immunity carry over to the other guinea pig, providing solid evidence that it could not be antibodies alone orchestrating the body's immune response.

Dr. Chase had uncovered the second arm of the immune system, or cell-mediated immunity. His finding became the groundwork for later research that pinpointed B cells, T cells and other types of white blood cells as the body's central safeguards against infection.

"This was a major discovery because everyone now thinks of the immune response in two parts, and in many instances it's the cellular components that are more important," said Dr. Michel Nussenzweig, a professor of immunology at Rockefeller. "Before Chase, there was only humoral immunity. After him, there was humoral and cellular immunity."

Dr. Chase's breakthrough generated little interest at the time, but it set in motion the research that helped redefine the fundamental nature of the immune system.

"So many areas of medicine rely on this type of reaction that he clearly distinguished as not being antibody mediated," said Dr. Ralph Steinman, a professor of cellular physiology and immunology at Rockefeller. "People never anticipated that there would be something other than antibodies. It was an amazing finding."

Born in Providence, R.I., in 1905, Merrill Wallace Chase earned his bachelor's degree and doctorate from Brown. He taught biology there for a year, before joining the faculty at Rockefeller in 1932 as an assistant to Dr. Landsteiner. He has published at least 150 scientific papers.

In 1975, he was elected to the National Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Chase, who lived in Manhattan, was married twice, first to Edith Steele Bowen, who died in 1961, and then to Cynthia Hambury Pierce, who died in 1997. He is survived by a son, John, of West Hills, Calif.; a daughter, Nancy Chase Cowles, of Redding, Conn.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Nano technology for H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines

Nano Particles used in Untested H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines

Vaccines which have been approved by the responsible government authorities for vaccination against the alleged H1N1 Influenza A Swine Flu have been found to contain nano particles. Vaccine makers have been experimenting with nanoparticles as a way to “turbo charge” vaccines for several years. Now it has come out that the vaccines approved for use in Germany and other European countries contain nanoparticles in a form that reportedly attacks healthy cells and can be deadly.




	There is only one small problem with vaccines containing nanoparticles — they can be deadly and at the least cause severe irreparable health damage.

In 2007 researchers at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) announced in an article in the journal, Nature Biotechnology, that they had developed a “nanoparticle that can deliver vaccines more effectively, with fewer side effects, and at a fraction of the cost of current vaccine technologies.” The article went on to describe the effects of their breakthrough: “At a mere 25 nanometers, these particles are so tiny that once injected, they flow through the skin’s extracellular matrix, making a beeline to the lymph nodes. Within minutes, they’ve reached a concentration of DCs thousands of times greater than in the skin. The immune response can then be extremely strong and effective.” 1

Nanoparticles, promoted in the mass media as the new wonder revolution of science, are particles that have been produced vastly smaller than deadly asbestos particles which caused severe lung damage and death before being outlawed. Particles at a nano size, (nm = 0,000000001 Meter) fuse together with the membranes of our body cell membranes and, according to recent studies in China and Japan, continuously destroy cells once introduced into the body. Once they interact with the body’s cellular structure, they cannot be removed. Modern medicine euphemistically terms the phenomenon, a continuing infectious reaction.

Since the asbestos scandal, it has been established that particles in size a millionth of a meter, because of their enormous attractive force, penetrate all cells, destroying all those they come into contact with. Nanoparticles are far smaller than asbestos fibers.

Beijing Tests confirm deadly effects on humans

The fact that WHO, the European Medicines Evaluation Agency, the German Robert Koch Institute and other health bodies today would permit the population to be injected with largely untested novel vaccines containing nanoparticles says more about the powerful pharma lobby in Euiropean politics than it does about the sanity or moral integrity of the civil servants responsible for health of the general public.

The September 2009 issue of the respected European Respiratory Journal, made public on 19 August, and available since 21 August online, contains a peer-reviewed article with the title, “Exposure to nanoparticles is related to pleural effusion, pulmonary fibrosis and granuloma.”

The article describes tests carried out in 2008 at the elite Beijing Chaoyang Hospital on seven young women. All seven, ages 18-47 had been exposed to nanoparticles for 5–13 months in their common workplace. All were admitted to the hospital with shortness of breath and pleural effusions, or excessive fluids surrounding the lungs, inhibiting breathing. None of the seven had ever smoked and none were in any special risk group. Doctors carefully tested for every possibility and confirmed that the lung problems had a common origin—regular inhalation of nanoparticles in their factory. They had been exposed to Polyacrylat nanoparticles.

The tests confirmed the nanoparticles had set off a “super-meltdown” reaction in the patients. Despite all heroic efforts of doctors, two of the seven died from the lung complications. 2

In their report, the scientists concluded something so alarming it is necessary to quote at length:

“Immunological tests, examinations of bacteriology, virology and tumour markers, bronchoscopy, internal thoracoscopy and video-assisted thoracic surgery were performed. Surveys of the workplace, clinical observations and examinations of the patients were conducted. Polyacrylate, consisting of nanoparticles, was confirmed in the workplace. Pathological examinations of patients’ lung tissue displayed nonspecific pulmonary inflammation, pulmonary fibrosis and foreign-body granulomas of pleura. Using transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticles were observed to lodge in the cytoplasm and caryoplasm of pulmonary epithelial and mesothelial cells, but are also located in the chest fluid. These cases arouse concern that long-term exposure to some nanoparticles without protective measures may be related to serious damage to human lungs.“3

To date Animal studies and in vitro experiments show that nanoparticles can result in lung damage and other toxicity in animals, but no reports on the clinical toxicity in humans due to nanoparticles prior to the Beijing study had been made.

The Beijing Chaoyang Hospital study has now conclusively confirmed that nanoparticles cause lung damage and other toxicity in humans as well. At this point in time, when two of the approved vaccines planned to be mass distributed in Germany and elsewhere contain nanoparticles, failure of the relevant responsible public health and epidemiology officials to order an immediate emergency freeze on distribution of any vaccine containing nanoparticles can only be considered tantamount to criminal negligence. Hopefully the responsible authorities will react in time to avert a possible human health catastrophe orders of magnitude worse than the worst case of Swine Flu reported to date

The year was 1921. America was entering a decade of robust prosperity. Later called "The Roaring Twenties", it was a time of unparalleled economic expansion. Debt money from Wall Street banks was plentiful and easy to obtain. The "Great War" was over. America was flexing her industrial muscles. Factories were being built and expanded in every major city. Automobiles began rolling off Detroit assembly lines in record numbers. The stock market began making millionaires. People were HEALTHY and HAPPY - largely because the dreaded "world mystery disease" (which decades later became known as the "1918 Flu Pandemic") had disappeared. Two entire years had passed with no dreaded "mystery deaths" being reported. America had cause to celebrate, and celebrate they did!

As a matter of fact, the American Public in general was so optimistic and HAPPY in 1921, that relatively few people were unhealthy as well. For the first time in decades, hospital beds were empty. The fledgling American Medical Association, formed by John D. Rockefeller just a few years earlier, was worried. Business was sagging. Profits from vaccines and drugs were spiraling. Something had to be done, and done immediately. False, faux epidemics of smallpox were created to solve the problem, and keep the Medical Mafia's cash registers ringing.

We know this dastardly plan actually happened, thanks to a citizen's WATCHDOG GROUP in Kansas City, Missouri named "The Advertiser's Protective Bureau", who filed, and successfully prosecuted criminal charges against the Missouri state chapter of the AMA - the Jackson Medical Society. The 'Protective Bureau's" official report of this cold-blooded plot reads as follows:

"In the Fall of 1921, the health of the city was unusually good, but slow for the doctors. So the Jackson Medical Society met and resolved to make an epidemic in the city. According to the minutes of this meeting: 'MOTION WAS MADE AND SECONDED, THAT A RECOMMENDATION BE MADE BY THE COMMITTEE, TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH, THAT AN EPIDEMIC OF SMALLPOX BE DECLARED IN THE CITY. (Investigation later revealed that there was NO SIGN OF AN EPIDEMIC at the time, in the city, or anywhere in the state or region!)
'It was moved and seconded that a day be set aside, termed VACCINATION DAY, on which physicians would be stationed at ALL SCHOOLS, clinics, public buildings and hospitals to vaccinate "free of charge". (Vaccinations are never "free". The taxpayers are always forced to pay for every one of the "free" vaccines.)
"IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED THAT WIDE PUBLICITY BE GIVEN, STATING THAT VACCINATION IS A PREVENTIVE OF SMALLPOX, AND URGING THE ABSOLUTE NECESSITY OF VACCINATION FOR EVERY MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD IN THE CITY."

The Protective Bureau proved in court that there WAS NO EPIDEMIC before the vaccinations!! The court records show that the Medical Society manufactured vast amounts of posters, fliers, newspaper stories and ads featuring horrific and lurid pictures of diseased children covered with massive smallpox sores and open wounds. Some pictures actually showed children's corpses covered with the same ugly sores. The PANIC-DRIVEN message was clear --- VACCINATE EVERYONE, or face a deadly public disease. There was a "sweeping epidemic" in the city; the disease was "highly contagious" and would "strike anyone who was not vaccinated" was the bill of goods sold! (Does this sound at all familiar today - 88 years later??)

The Medical Mafia's propaganda blitz was successful, and over a million previously healthy and happy American citizens were hypnotized and terrorized into placing the vaccine toxins into their bloodstreams. All public school children in the region were vaccinated while at school! Parents who dared question the vaccination of their children were ostracized and publicly vilified.

THE COURT RECORD ON THIS CASE IS VERY CLEAR. In the weeks and months following the "mass vaccinations" - the area's hospital beds were filled to over-flowing with VACCINE-INDUCED SMALLPOX CASES! Tens of thousands of people became ill, and many hundreds of innocents died, and many more were permanently crippled! Of course, THE NEWSPAPERS THEN TRUMPETED HOW WISE THE MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT WAS TO PROMOTE THE VACCINES - stating how much worse the death toll would have been without the vaccination campaign!! Untold MILLIONS OF DOLLARS of profit was generated by this massive "medical" fraud.

Thanks to the ADVERTISER'S PROTECTIVE BUREAU, however; the massive fraud was exposed and criminally prosecuted to a successful conviction. During the trial, three amazing facts were proven beyond any "reasonable doubt".

Fact 1: The poster and advertising pictures showing the diseased and dying children used so successfully by the "doctors", WERE NOT EVEN CASES OF LOCAL SMALLPOX CASES AS THEY WERE BILLED TO BE! The Protective Bureau documented that they were pictures of ENGLISH CHILDREN who were victims of "court-proven" cases of SMALLPOX VACCINE POISONING!! One of the pictures was of a 5-week-old baby named Mona Stevenson, of Humphrey Street, Burnley, England. A previously healthy and happy baby, Little Mona had been vaccinated for smallpox at 5 weeks of age. Four weeks later, her pox-ridden little body was placed in a tiny coffin and buried. The horrific photos of Little Mona and others in England had previously been published in British newspapers where details of the resulting CRIMINAL TRIALS were also given. The full details of the trials, as well as the pictures, were also included in a comprehensively large medical boot titled "THE HISTORY AND PATHOLOGY OF VACCINATION" by Edgar M Crookshank, MD - professor of Bacteriology at the ultra-elite Kings College, London England.

Fact 2: Vaccines containing LIVE VIRUSES, weakened (i.e. attenuated) or otherwise universally causes more diseases than the vaccine ever could prevent.

Fact 3: Vaccine-Induced-Disease (VID) is an extremely effective socio-economic tool. It has the potential to generate BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF WINDFALL PROFITS, while permanently changing the social structures of large groups of people.

While the Protective Bureau won the criminal court case - the American People lost. The case should have made front-page headlines around the nation, showing the Modus Operandi of certain corrupt "medical practitioners". How, by means of fraud, treachery, and trickery, they made millions of dollars in windfall profits while thousands of innocent, trusting, and naïve Americans suffered and died. The entire sordid affair, with all its damning details, was kept out of the American Press. John D. Rockefeller's AMA, with its millions of dollars of influence - made sure of that!

Amazingly, even though thousands of people had died or become crippled by this managed manslaughter, the doctors involved were only given a light penalty in the form of a token fine. The medical establishment as a whole was not upset in the least by the exposure - and has continued on unabated perpetuating the same crimes against humanity - creating vaccine-induced-diseases while fleecing the people continually until this present day.

It is a proven (albeit little-known) fact, EPIDEMIC/PANDEMIC MANUFACTURING IS STANDARD PRACTICE with the world-wide "Medical Mafia" circles. In order to maximize profits and re-shape geographical regions, they often manufacture a false-flag "emergency". If there is an outbreak of mild seasonal virus, they call it an influenza pandemic, give it a fancy new name, and then actually CREATE THE PANDEMIC by means of mass vaccinations using ATTENUATED, or LIVE VIRUSES!! Remember the shocking words of the AMA's Dr. Simon Louis Katzoff who said: " DOCTORS LIVE BY DISEASE, SO THE PUBLIC CAN EXPECT THE SUPPLY OF DISEASE TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION."

OTHER DOCUMENTED CASES OF V.I.D.E.O.s (Vaccine Induced Disease Epidemic Outbreaks.)

Case 1: Following the lead of their colleagues in Kansas City, the exact same events occurred in Pittsburgh, PA under the direction of Pittsburgh's "Health Director", Dr. C.J. Voux in the autumn of 1924. As in Kansas City, a group of public watchdogs brought suit against Voux and his vaccine-promoters. As in Kansas City, the vaccine promoters were found guilty. The case documented that over 1,000,000 vaccine shots were "sold" to the residents of Pennsylvania, even though there had been ZERO documented cases of smallpox in the region. It was successfully proven that ONLY AFTER the million shots had been given, that a smallpox epidemic began. This vaccine-induced, manmade "epidemic" resulted in 330 deaths and at least 1,680 cases of severe smallpox that caused permanent, crippling damage to the survivors. Moreover, it cost the city a total monetary loss of $3,069,616; although Dr. Voux and his accomplices had collected more than $10 million in hospital and related care revenues - they were not forced to pay for damages or reparations. As in the Kansas City trial, a small, insignificant fine was levied, and the case was not widely publicized.

Case 2: The initial batches of Dr. Jonas Salk's polio vaccine produced thousands of cases of poliomyelitis in vaccinated individuals. (One such case was Franklin D. Roosevelt - who was stricken weeks after receiving a vaccine.) This was due to an unsafe amount of LIVE VIRUSES in the vaccine itself. Dr. Sabin then introduced his "improved" vaccine with "attenuated" or "weakened' live viruses in 1958, and the following year his vaccine was made to be compulsory (mandatory) in all school-age children in a number of states. As a result, polio increased a whopping 300% in these states. For example, Tennessee reported 119 polio cases in 1958, after "vaccination" this total increased to 386 cases in 1959, Ohio - 17 cases in 1958, 52 cases in 1959, Connecticut - 45 cases in 1958, 123 cases in 1959, and North Carolina: 78 cases in 1958 compared to 312 cases in 1959 AFTER forcing compulsory shots in school children. The modern record is equally damning. The ONLY cases of recorded polio in the modern era is immediately following vaccinations. Poliomyelitis, you see, is a water-borne virus and is caused by drinking contaminated water. During the early 60's, water-treatment facilities became standardized across America - small amounts of CHLORINATION effectively wiped out polio viruses. The conquering of polio had NOTHING TO DO with the vaccine needles and swallowing sugar cubes. Case 3: Knowingly added to "hepatitis" vaccines, HIV viruses were inoculated into thousands of homosexual men and intravenous drug users in America's inner cities resulting in the "AIDS epidemic" in the 80's. Purposefully placed in SMALLPOX VACCINE SYRINGES, HIV was also introduced into African nations as a tool of ethnic cleansing and GENOCIDE. Case 4: The 1976 "Swine Flu" Fiasco and Fraud is perpetrated. A solitary soldier at Ft. Dix collapses and dies following a reaction to an "experimental" vaccine while completing an intense physical "forced march" exercise at Ft. Dix. Immediately, the CDC swings into action, declaring a nationwide SWINE FLU PANDEMIC is pending. Providentially, of course, the CDC just happens to have 200+MILLION DOSES of Swine Flu vaccine already stockpiled, prepared with ATTENUATED (live, yet weakened) viruses and experimental ADJUVANTS. President Gerald Ford, (with proven ties to Big Pharma and Nixon's covert viral weapons labs - also a key member of the "Warren Commission's" obfuscation of the JFK murder) rolls up his sleeves on national TV and dutifully takes the vaccine. 40 million vaccines are given to naïve American human guinea pigs. A rash of auto-immune disorders (Guillan-Barre Syndrome GBS, and lupus) as well as a large number of deaths is immediately attributed to the vaccine, and the mass vaccination campaign is halted. Case 5: During the first Gulf War - Operation Desert Storm, an experimental anthrax vaccine was forcibly given to 140,000 rear-echelon support troops. This experimental vaccine included an oil-in-water adjuvant called squalene (aka MF-59 made by NOVARTIS). Despite voluminous studies showing dangerous toxicity factors conducted on "oil-in-water" adjuvants at such prestigious research labs as UCLA - the U.S. Military brass consented to the experimental injections. As a result, ALL 140,000 troops developed a condition subsequently named "Gulf War Syndrome". ALL MODERN "PANDEMICS" ARE CAUSED BY VACCINE NEEDLES

As this author has repeatedly declared during many public radio interviews, the deadly 1918 Influenza Pandemic was the direct result of live-virus-contaminated Typhus Fever Vaccines mandatorily given to U.S. and Allied military personnel during World War I. During that era, viruses were not yet discovered and diseases were thought to be bacterial only. These deadly typhus fever vaccines were manufactured by John D. Rockefeller's research labs and Chinese pharma factories. The vaccine "seed stock" consisted of viruses harvested from human typhoid fever patients, cross-injected into swine herds to create increased "seed stock", and then injected into chicken and turkey eggs for further incubation of the pathogens. The final, harvested "vaccine material" then was injected into HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF HUMAN VEINS. The result was a massive 'pandemic' that claimed the lives of as many as 50 million people worldwide.

In 1918, the viral pandemic was an honest mistake - the result of a combination of a very bad vaccine and gross ignorance about viruses and the diseases they cause. However, the continued denial of these FACTS, and the subsequent REVERSE ENGINEERING OF THE KILLER VIRUS in Ft. Detrick labs (1997-2003) is inexcusable and constitutes a veritable crime against humanity.

Moreover, the ONLY WAY a modern "SWINE FLU PANDEMIC" can actually materialize is by injection of certain LIVE VIRUSES via vaccine needles. Make no mistake, the world is NOT experiencing a true pandemic explosion at this time - but it most assuredly WILL when and if the planned mass influenza vaccinations are completed worldwide.

THE DANGERS INHERENT IN "DUPLEX" VACCINES FROM DESIGNER VIRUSES

"Modern Medical Practitioners", including some well-meaning "osteopaths", would have the world believe the MYTH that vaccines containing attenuated (weakened) live viruses cannot cause the viral disease conditions they are targeting. This is a most dangerous misconception for the following SCIENTIFIC reasons.

Traditional "common" vaccines targeting measles, mumps and rubella for instance, contain small amounts of "attenuated" live viruses which have been "weakened" but not 100% killed outright. Research has shown that these weakened "live" viruses create a very mild form of the disease in the human that has been vaccinated, which in turn creates a cellular immunity from that pathogen. The science behind this is correct, and valid for the most part. To keep the targeted viral pathogen in a perpetually weakened state, specific amounts of formaldehyde and ether are typically added, and in some formulations, mercury in the form of thimerasol is added as a preservative to keep the egg albumin cells from decaying and dying prematurely. The established theory behind all of this 'vaccination' is the "protect the herd" theory which originated with Pasteur in the late 19th century. As in all vaccines, a certain small percentage of the herd will develop severe, 'full blown' disease states CAUSED by the attenuated viruses in the vaccine itself, and another percentage will exhibit side effects from the chemicals added to the vaccine - but if the vast majority of the herd is "protected" from the disease condition - the vaccine is approved and stamped "safe and effective".

Science has also proven that each viral pathogen has its own unique characteristics that produce its own set of symptoms in the human hosts. Thus, each viral pathogen has its own unique fingerprints of replication and reproduction as well. Each virus also has a different level of effectiveness in its attenuated (weakened) state. Moreover, some viruses have shown the ability to "drift" and acquire additional genetic alterations over time. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE OF THE SO-CALLED "NOVEL" RECOMBINATION VIRUSES that have been "reverse engineered" in the world's weapons laboratories! When the RNA of the virus is spliced with other viral genes, the resulting "Franken-virus" is very unpredictable. Studies conducted (yet currently unpublished) by Terrence Tumpey, Jeffrey Taubenberger, and others at the NIH and CDC show that these 'resurrected pandemic viruses' do not exhibit the NORMAL tendencies of traditional, NATURAL influenza viruses such as seasonal H3N2 human strains. They are best described as "Viral Wild Cards".

This is just one problem with the headlong, mad rush to vaccinate Americans with a series of reverse-engineered lab-created viruses, attenuated or otherwise, in an UNTESTED, UNTRIED, EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE that has not been subjected to LONG-TERM CLINICAL TRIALS TO DETERMINE THE LEVELS OF "DRIFT" or even ATTENUATED TENDENCIES OVER TIME.

To supposedly minimize this "safety" issue, the CDC is now recommending a DUPLEX vaccination, of all things. A "duplex" vaccination basically involves a two-shot series. The first shot consists of a VERY WEAK, HIGHLY ATTENUTATED dose of the live virus. This is intended to create an initial immune response patterning the specific virus injected. Within a couple of weeks of the 1st shot, a BOOSTER SHOT is given. The booster shot has only lightly attenuated, or even FULL STRENGTH VIRUSES in the injection. This 2nd shot is then intended to create a full-strength immune system response in the human subject.

This is, at the very least, BAD SCIENCE and borders on insanity for self-evident and fairly obvious reasons. By their own admissions, the NIH scientists in their various writings have declared that the level of potency of these REVERSE ENGINEERED VIRUSES show abnormal, almost RANDOM tendencies in their attenuated states. Nobody really knows what will happen over time as the inevitable "genetic drifts" occur. It is a literal crap shoot. It is highly probable that even the HIGHLY ATTENUATED FRANKEN-VIRUSES can swiftly regain their FULL POTENCY even in the presence of ether and formaldehyde. (See Addendum Below) Secondly, the full-strength BOOSTER shot viruses could just as easily "DRIFT" into something much more deadly than the "original' recombinant virus that it is targeting.

I submit that the scientists responsible for this "pandemic" are not stupid. They have to know these facts as well as I do.

Therefore, I can only conclude that this entire affair is following the Modus Operandi of the medical elite since the 1920 engineered smallpox epidemics. It is all being ORCHESTRATED first and foremost for MONEY, and secondly, for social and geographical restructuring of the "human herd".

Also, it must be understood that this "Novel 2009 Influenza" is not easily nor readily transmissible between humans. (See published study in the addendum). If this report is accurate, how then did the "Pandemic" begin, and why the need for mass vaccinations at all?? Like the "study" shows, the only way the test ferrets could contract or transmit the 2009 "Novel Swine Flu" was by and through INOCULATION OF THE DISEASE!! The influenza A virus pandemic of 1918-1919 resulted in an estimated 20-40 million deaths worldwide. The hemagglutinin and neuraminidase sequences of the 1918 virus were previously determined. We here report the sequence of the A/Brevig Mission/1/18 (H1N1) virus nonstructural (NS) segment encoding two proteins, NS1 and nuclear export protein. Phylogenetically, these genes appear to be close to the common ancestor of subsequent human and classical swine strain NS genes. Recently, the influenza A virus NS1 protein was shown to be a type I IFN antagonist that plays an important role in viral pathogenesis. By using the recently developed technique of generating influenza A viruses entirely from cloned cDNAs, the hypothesis that the 1918 virus NS1 gene played a role in virulence was tested in a mouse model. In a BSL3+ laboratory, viruses were generated that possessed either the 1918 NS1 gene alone or the entire 1918 NS segment in a background of influenza A/WSN/33 (H1N1), a mouse-adapted virus derived from a human influenza strain first isolated in 1933. These 1918 NS viruses replicated well in tissue culture but were attenuated in mice as compared with the isogenic control viruses. This attenuation in mice may be related to the human origin of the 1918 NS1 gene. These results suggest that interaction of the NS1 protein with host-cell factors plays a significant role in viral pathogenesis.

Transmission and pathogenesis of swine-origin 2009 A(H1N1) influenza viruses in ferrets and mice.

Recent reports of mild to severe influenza-like illness in humans caused by a novel swine-origin 2009 A(H1N1) influenza virus underscore the need to better understand the pathogenesis and transmission of these viruses in mammals. In this study, selected 2009 A(H1N1) influenza isolates were assessed for their ability to cause disease in mice and ferrets and compared with a contemporary seasonal H1N1 virus for their ability to transmit to naïve ferrets through respiratory droplets. In contrast to seasonal influenza H1N1 virus, 2009 A(H1N1) influenza viruses caused increased morbidity, replicated to higher titers in lung tissue, and were recovered from the intestinal tract of intranasally inoculated ferrets. The 2009 A(H1N1) influenza viruses exhibited less efficient respiratory droplet transmission in ferrets in comparison with the highly transmissible phenotype of a seasonal H1N1 virus. Transmission of the 2009 A(H1N1) influenza viruses was further corroborated by characterizing the binding specificity of the viral hemagglutinin to the sialylated glycan receptors (in the human host) by use of dose-dependent direct receptor-binding and human lung tissue-binding assays.

France to use swine flu to gut laws

In case of a swine flu pandemic the French government has a plan to introduce emergency measures that would gut legal protections for citizens, the daily Liberation reported Tuesday.

According to documents provided to the daily by a judges' union, the plan would extend the period police can keep a suspect in detention without charge or a hearing before a judge to up to six months.

Suspects would also not be able to contact a lawyer until after spending 24 hours in custody.

Under the plan children could be tried in adult courts and more trials held behind closed doors.

The Syndicat de la Magistrature called the measures "revolting" and said they would amount to "liberticide," and called on Justice Minister Michele Alliot-Marie to abandon the plan.

The union was due to release on Tuesday the text of the government plan, which it said was provided to heads of courts in great secrecy in July, the newspaper reported.

Swine flu, or the A(H1N1) virus, the first pandemic to be declared by the World Health Organization in this century, has so far claimed 15 lives in France, out of at least 2,837 worldwide.

The French government has conducted extensive planning to prepare for an expected new wave of infections as the autumn flu season approaches in the northern hemisphere.

-- no Swine Flu threat exists;

-- WHO predicting a global pandemic affecting "as many as two billion people....over the next two years" is falsified hype.

Government and PhRMA Are Enemies, Not Protectors

On April 26, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a "Determination that a Public Health Emergency Exists....as a consequence of confirmed cases of H1N1 Influenza in four US states." At an April 27 press briefing, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano said:

Yesterday "I issued a public health emergency declaration" as part of "standard operating procedure" to make more government resources available to combat the spread of Swine Flu. She then ordered the FDA "to proceed to permit things like Tamiflu to be used for populations that they otherwise wouldn't be used for - in this case, for example, very, very young children."

Then on June 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) "raise(d) the level of (Swine Flu) influenza pandemic alert from phase 5 to phase 6," its highest level in declaring "The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic," while admitting its severity would likely be "moderate (and) most people will recover from swine flu within a week, just as they would from seasonal forms of influenza." The WHO no longer reports "confirmed" Swine Flu cases globally, yet continues to hype the scare without corroborating proof.

There was no emergency earlier or now, but you'd never know it from hyped media reports to convince people voluntarily to submit to experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous vaccines that damage the human immune system and cause health problems ranging from annoying to life-threatening.

Tamiflu

It is worth recalling that almost four years ago, on November 13, 2005, Japan's Health Ministry said it was "looking into reports of a number of sudden deaths of young people who had taken prescribed dosages of Tamiflu." The Ministry also "found 64 cases of psychological disorders linked to the drug in the past four years." The Japan Institute of Pharmaco-Vigilance head, Dr. Rokura Hama, said "Tamiflu appears to be similar to other powerful drugs that can cause behavioral changes" by affecting the central nervous system. It's the leading medication prescribed for the treatment and prevention of flu. In April, DHS ordered 12 million doses made available in locations around the country for quick access if needed.

George Bush's Executive Orders (EOs) 13295 and 13375, Homeland Security Presidential Directive-21, and Military Pandemic Planning

In addition to the federal laws below, the Bush EOs, HSPD-21, and Pentagon plan suggest a hidden agenda behind today's Swine Flu crisis as a way to institute martial law on the pretext of a public health emergency, using hyped fear to win popular acquiescence.

On April 4, 2003, EO 13295 issued a "Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases" that included cholera, diphtheria, infectious TB, plague, smallpox, yellow fever, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and viral hemorrhagic fevers like ebola and lassa.

On April 1, 2005, EO 13375 amended EO 13295 by adding "the following new subsection:"

"(c) Influenza caused by novel or reemergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic."

The October 2007 HSPD-21 "establishe(d) a National Strategy for Public Health and Medical Preparedness which builds upon principles set forth in (the 2004) Biodefense for the 21st Century and will transform our national approach to protecting the health of the American people against all disasters."

It called for:

-- "nationwide, robust, and integrated biosurveillance...to provide early warning and ongoing characterization of disease outbreaks in near real-time;

-- countermeasure stockpiling and distribution....of medical countermeasures (vaccines, drugs, and therapeutics) to a large population....;

-- mass casualty care....created by a catastrophic health event;" and

-- "community resilience" whereby "civic leaders, citizens, and families are educated regarding threats and are empowered to mitigate their own risk;" in addition, the federal government must be involved in "medical preparedness to assist (nationwide) in the face of potential catastrophic health events."

In May 2007, the Department of Defense's (DOD) "Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza" prepared for a possible H5N1 (Avian Flu) pandemic that could affect up to one-third of the population and kill as many as three million in just weeks, it was claimed. It involved using US troops to put down riots, guard pharmaceutical plants and shipments, and restrict the movement of people inside the country and across borders.

This plan remains active and US laws authorize it, including Sections 1076 and 333 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 that amended the 1807 Insurrection Act and 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. They prohibit using federal and National Guard troops for law enforcement except as constitutionally allowed or expressly authorized by Congress in times of a national emergency like an insurrection.

The president may now announce a public emergency, declare martial law, suspend the Constitution, and deploy US troops on city streets to suppress what he calls disorder.

The Legal Basis for Quarantines

Vaccine law expert Alan G. Phillips says:

"....underlying laws....allow states to mandate vaccines in an emergency....throw out exemptions....impose quarantines and isolation outside of our homes," and the only way around this is to "chang(e) state policy and law."

US laws are similar. They can mandate vaccinations and let states isolate and quarantine Swine Flu victims if authorities call the disease infectious and life-threatening.

Under the proposed Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA), civil liberties may be suspended in case of a public health emergency, with or without verifiable evidence.

The September 2003 Turning Point Model State Public Health Act (MSPHA) lets state, local, and tribal governments revise or update public health statutes and administrative regulations. According to James Hodges, executive director of Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University's Centers for Law and the Public Health, over half the states have these laws that can order flu testing, ban public gatherings, mandate quarantines, and issue other emergency public health directives.

Federal laws already do it, including the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act that lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations. It also protects drug companies from tort liability, except in cases of "willful misconduct."

US State Responses to Swine Flu

Growing numbers of states are exploiting the hyped scare by declaring a public health emergency. Others are passing laws that order forced quarantines, impose fines or imprisonment for offenders, and prepare to govern under martial law with local police, National Guard, or federal troops for enforcement.

Florida ordered voluntary or mandatory detentions at home or in state-designated facilities as well as closures of suspected buildings and areas. Quarantine Detention Orders state:

-- "non-compliant" persons are ordered to "remain in detention quarantine until released by the State Epidemiologist or Health Officer;"

-- at home, they must wear surgical masks at all times in the presence of anyone, even family members, and follow other required instructions while in isolation;

-- in state-run facilities, they must "comply with all orders....regarding (their) medical care," and must "cooperate with the detention facility's access to (themselves) and (their) medical records for purposes of delivering and monitoring (their) medical care;" and

-- these "action(s are) taken under the police power authority of the health department and your cooperation is required by law;" failure to comply is a "crime."

Forms circulating on the Internet show that Iowa ordered home or facility quarantines for anyone suspected of possible H1N1 infection. However, Mason City, Iowa's KIMT TV 3 reported that "Health leaders in (the state) are reassuring people that there are no H1N1 related quarantines being ordered," yet preparations have been made to do it.

North Carolina's Draft Isolation Order calls for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention for residents failing to comply with isolation orders.

Washington empowers local health authorities to issue emergency detention orders for up to 10 days.

On April 28, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger issued a "Proclamation to Confront Swine Flu Outbreak" and ordered "all state agencies and departments to utilize and employ state personnel, equipment and facilities to assist the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the State Emergency Plan as coordinated by the California Emergency Management Agency."

He further proclaimed a "state of emergency" because of "conditions of extreme peril" in the State.

On April 26, New York Gov. David Paterson activated the state's health emergency preparedness plan, thereby putting the state on "high alert to quickly identify and respond to any cases of swine flu." No further action was taken.

On April 28, Texas became the second state to declare a Swine Flu emergency as officials closed schools and cancelled sporting events after an alleged fatality was reported. At a press conference, Gov. Rick Perry said:

"I'm issuing a disaster declaration which covers the entire state. This will move Texas to a higher state of alert and release resources to address the spread of the virus." No further action was taken.

On May 1, Maryland's Gov. Martin O'Malley's executive order declared a public health emergency "based on an abundance of caution and concern for our students...If there is a probable case of H1N1 virus at any school, we will close that school and cease all extra-curricular activities for up to 14 days."

He also ordered "appropriate emergency protective measures (be taken to) assist public and private sector employers (take) proactive steps to prevent the spread to influenza workers and their families." He stopped short of more draconian measures, including statewide forced vaccinations and quarantines for resisters.

On August 6, the Minneapolis-St.Paul Star Tribune headlined: "As fall approaches, officials are taking a hard look at emergency plans in the event the virus strikes more aggressively." On August 10, the paper reported, without elaboration, that state officials "have a plan ready if Minnesota's health care system is swamped by 1.5 million cases."

Other states took similar actions, including Nebraska, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin, and still others are considering them as the fall flu season approaches and children return to school.

After earlier issuing a "Proclamation of Civil Emergency due to a Highly Infectious Disease," Maine Gov. John Balducci signed a Swine Flu civil emergency decree on September 1 that gives the WHO and UN martial law authority over the state and authorized the Maine Center for Disease Control to vaccinate the state's residents. Making this mandatory wasn't mentioned, but state civil emergency powers may allow it if ordered.

On April 28, the Massachusetts Senate unanimously passed the most draconian law to date, S. 2028, that imposes virtual martial law authority. If it's passed in the House and becomes law, it gives the governor sweeping powers, lets public health officials mandate vaccinations, and, with law enforcement and medical personnel, enter private residences and businesses without warrants, quarantine non-compliers, and impose $1,000-a-day fines and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days.

It also authorizes:

-- closures and evacuations to decontaminate residences, buildings or facilities;

-- the destruction of suspect materials;

-- restricting or prohibiting public gatherings;

-- public health authorities to use or supervise private health care facilities and requires private health personnel to provide appropriate services, including vaccinating state residents;

-- "the arrest without warrant (of anyone believed to have) violated an order for isolation or quarantine...;"

-- control over "ingress (and) egress" from public areas and human traffic within them;

-- enforcement measures for the safe disposal of "infectious waste and human remains;"

-- control over all medical supplies as well as other measures needed to respond to the emergency;

-- the use of state police for enforcement;

-- control over "routes of transportation and over materials and facilities including but not limited to communication devices, carriers, public utilities,
fuels, food, clothing, and shelter;" and

-- public health officials to "institute appropriate civil proceedings against (properties) to be destroyed in accordance with the existing laws and rules of the courts of this Commonwealth or any such rules that may be developed by the courts for use during the emergency;" acquired properties may "be disposed of by destruction as the court may direct."

Massachusetts may be a trial balloon for what federal authorities plan everywhere as the fall flu season approaches, to be followed by hyped reports of nationwide Swine Flu outbreaks, perhaps caused by the vaccines intended to prevent them.

In early July, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced that children, pregnant women, health care workers, and adults with chronic illnesses will be first to be vaccinated. Reports indicate that inoculations will begin in early October, preceded by media-hyped fear urging everyone to get one

Local Nurse Won’t Comply with State Vaccination Order

A vaccine for the H1N1 virus, or swine flu, is still a month away at best. But health care workers are already being bumped to the front of the line.

Those who work in health care are being strongly urged by the federal government to get immunized once the swine flu vaccine is available. The state of New York is taking it one step further by making vaccination a requirement.

Health care professionals do have an obligation to protect their patients, but at what cost? For one health care worker the new state directive intended to stop the spread of H1N1 goes too far.

Just a word like pandemic is enough to scare anyone in the health care field. For registered nurse Deborah Gerhardt, there are words even scarier.

"Whenever you hear mandatory required, you start to get a little bit anxious," says Gerhardt.

She's been a nurse for 15 years and has never had a flu shot.

"I feel that everyone should have a choice," says Gerhardt.

She recently learned she doesn’t have a choice.

"It was just one day we were told you will receive the flu injection," says Gerhardt.

The New York State Department of Health is ordering tens of thousands of health workers be immunized against seasonal and swine flu.

"As a parent, as a doctor, as a public health professional please get your vaccine," New York State Commissioner of Health Dr. Richard Daines asked during a news conference last week.

The commissioner says refusal to be immunized against H1N1 could increase the spread of the virus and stress and already overwhelmed medical system. He says when a vaccine is approved, there's no reason to believe it won't be safe.

"It goes through that same system and the testing so I'll have every confidence the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control put in it," says Daines.

After her own research, Gerhardt isn't as confident in a potential vaccine.

"It's left a lot of questions for me," she says.

Questions that have left her with one final decision.

"I so strongly don't want a vaccine that I'm not comfortable having injected into my body," says Gerhardt. "If I refuse I can' work in nursing."

It's a choice she wishes she didn't have to make.

"This is just so surreal right now," says Gerhardt. "I don't know what I will do."

Gerhardt says she's never had the flu and practices simple preventative measures like hand washing and simple sanitation techniques. She believes that's even more effective.

She realizes she could lose her job for speaking out, but says it's important since she knows others in the health care field have the same concerns.

Pandemic – How they plan to deceive the Christians.

In 1968 a group scholars started the monumental task of creating the New International Version of the Bible. This effort took 10 years to complete. They felt that the King James Version of the Bible was not accurate enough and they wanted to put it into plain text that people would understand. To me this sounds like a noble cause but when passages are written to say that one class of people was established by God to be superior over another class to me is wrong. There is no mention of whether this preferred class believes in God or not but we are to obey them as if they were from God. Wrong!

The reason I am getting into this is because it has come to my attention that Romans 13 is being used against the Christians in order to bring them in line with the party line of government in regards to vaccinations. At first I could not understand how this could happen but then I read the King James Version of the Bible. So I searched and found that the New International Version of the Bible promotes governments as the ultimate authority just under God.

I am sorry but no one body of people is to demand servitude of another body of people. We are to be the servants of God and no other idol and to me that includes government. If we would all follow the rule of law given to us in the Bible then you would have a lawful society living in harmony.

But we are living in a lawless society where the rule of law of the Bible is being thrown out of our everyday lives. I like to think of it as throwing the baby out with the bath water.

We are seeing laws being put forth that are contrary to the Bible teachings everyday and these people are supposed to be worshiped and obeyed as from God? Wrong!

I am going to show you how our government is going to use the Bible against the Christians and the Spiritual so we will become complacent and bow down to the idol called government. This can be found in Romans 13 of the New Testament.

In the NIV (New International Version) of the Bible the first paragraph says:

1. Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

I would like to know when God came down and appointed them so that I would worship them as being of and established of God when many are not Godly and do not follow the rule of God at all? That did not happen. These people are elected by people and not God. That is why you hear of drunkenness, adultery, greed, etc. being reported in the news media in regards to these individuals.

This is what the KJV (King James version) has to say about the same passage.

“1″: Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Let us look at what God means by ordained. I am going to reference different Bible passages to give you the true meaning.

KJV – Acts, chapter 10, verse 38 – How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

KJV – Acts, chapter 10, verse 42 – And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is He which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.

In these two verses it tells us that we have to be anointed by God with the Holy Ghost in order to be ordained by God.

Question: How many of our elected officials by their works and actions prove to us that they received the Holy Ghost? According to verse 38, you need to do good deeds. To me that means following the rule of law set in the Bible, to start with the 10 commandments.

Back to NIV (New International Version) of the Bible the second paragraph says:

2 Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

Compare that with what the KJV (King James version) has to say about the same passage.

“2″: Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

Let us look at what the ordinances of God really are.

KJV -1 Corinthians, chapter 11, verses 1 and 2 - Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

“2″: Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.

KJV – Luke, chapter 1, verse 6 - And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

As you can see here that the ordinances of God are the laws set in the Bible delivered to man by God such as the Ten Commandments, etc.�

Our present government is allowing the removal of these ordinances and commandments from our governmental buildings, establishing laws that are contrary, etc. under the ruse of separation of church and state and equality. So how are these people (governing authorities), as stated in the NIV, Romans, chapter 13, verse 1 established by God? NOT!

Let us go now to verse 3 of the NIV Bible. 3. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you.

Compare that with what the KJV (King James version) has to say about the same passage.

For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

Okay, according to the Bible the rulers (government) are not supposed to be a terror to those who follow the commandments and ordinances of God but to those who do not follow these things. So if you look at the word rulers and understand that they have to be anointed in the Holy Ghost, follow the Ten Commandments and ordinances of the Bible then those people are the priests, pastors and other true believers in a position of influence.�

My understanding of the second sentence, Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power?, is that we would have nothing to fear if our rulers (government) followed the ordinances (laws) and Ten Commandments of the Bible. This would be because they would recognize and appreciate the good works of people that follow these ordinances and Commandments. Unfortunately that is not so today.�

Christians are being silenced by laws presented by man’s wants and not God’s rule of law presented in the Bible. So, this sentence, in my opinion, is referring to the power of the people who received the Holy Ghost and not politicians.

What they are trying to do here by using the NIV, Romans, chapter 13, is tell Christians that it is a sin and you will be severely punished if you do not follow man’s law even when it is contrary to the ordinances and the Ten Commandments which we are commanded to obey.�

I am going to end with KJV, I Corinthians, chapter 3, verses 16 – 21 and verse 23.

“16″: Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

“17″: If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

“18″: Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

“19″: For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

“20″: And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

“21″: Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

“23″: And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.

According to God’s law my body is the temple of God and to vaccinate and put chemicals that are known to be toxic into this body would be defiling the temple of God. It is because of this I will not receive any vaccinations for the rest of my life because I will be going against the rule of God.

Last week, Australia and the USA announced that they would begin trials of an H1N1 vaccine. Vaccination against H1N1 will be an important development in controlling the impact of the pandemic. However, several thorny issues exist around vaccine manufacture and approval.

All countries will require the vaccine but current global manufacturing capacity will not be able to meet this demand. Additionally, experts think that individuals might need two doses of the vaccine instead of one, reducing capacity further. Vaccine manufacturers are also struggling to produce good vaccine yields with the H1N1 seed virus.

One way to ease these supply problems is the use of adjuvants in a vaccine. On July 7, WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization recommended that vaccine formulated with oil-inwater adjuvants and live-attenuated influenza vaccines should be promoted to help increase the global supply of a vaccine and because they are better at protecting against strain variations. Yet there are signs that the USA might not follow this recommendation. “Adjuvant use would be contingent upon showing that it was needed or clearly beneficial”, Jesse Goodman, acting chief scientist and deputy commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration told a press briefing on July 17. The USA must support the use of dose-sparing strategies to avoid depletion of an already short vaccine supply.

As well as availability, safety of an H1N1 vaccine is a concern. Many national regulatory agencies have setup fast-track approval processes for the H1N1 vaccine, which means that a vaccine might be licensed without the usual safety and effi cacy data requirements. Vaccine safety will therefore have to be monitored through postmarketing surveillance. But some fear a repeat of the 1976 H1N1 outbreak in the USA, where mass vaccination was associated with complications, which stopped the campaign and led to the withdrawal of the vaccine.

Countries need to assess carefully the risks and benefi ts of rapid approval of an H1N1 vaccine, especially since the disease has so far been mild with most patients making a full recovery. They must also ensure that they have strong post-marketing surveillance in place before rolling out a vaccine.

Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis and the Vaccine

History of Failure

Diphtheria is a life threatening disease which effects the upper respiratory attacking the nose and throat, nerves and heart. The bacterium that caused diphtheria was first described by Klebs in 1883, and cultivated by Loeffler in 1884, who applied Koch's postulates and identified Corynebacterium diphtheriae as the agent of the disease. There are many types of Corynebacterium diphtheriae. Most of them do not cause infections. Most do not produce the disease causing strain. The diphtheria bacteria lives in the mouth, nose, throat, or skin. A toxic environment and horrible eating/drinking habits "feed" the bacterium resulting in full blown infection. The disease causing toxin is only produced when a specific strain of Corynebacterium is infected with the B phage virus. Then the excessive poisoness bacteria is carried in the blood stream. If not properly addressed, damage to the heart muscles result putting the human body at further risk for serious cardiac issues.

The first clinical diagnosis of diphtheria was in the 4th century B.C. References to the disease are made in ancient Syria and Egypt. In the 17th century, epidemics swept Europe. The disease was known as "El garatillo" (the strangler") in Spain. The disease became known as as "the gullet disease" in Italy and Sicily . In the 18th century, the disease reached the American colonies where it reached epidemic proportions. In many cases whole families died of the disease in matter of a few weeks.

Emile Roux was a French bacteriologist who became the director of Pasteur Institute of Paris in 1904. He was considered a "diphtheria pioneer" having been involved in the "discovery" of anthrax and rabies vaccines. 1885 Swiss bacteriologist, Emile Yersin, collaborated with Roux in working on toxins produced by the diphtheria bacterium. They demonstrated the presence of the toxin in the cell-free culture fluid of C. diphtheriae which resulted in a full blown diphtheria infection when injected in animals.

This vaccine is made by injecting a horse with putrefied beef broth, containing the diphtheria bacillus, until it has the symptoms of blood poisoning. The injections are continued until the animal (if it does not die) ceases to react. It is then said to be immune. The bleeding process then begins, usually on the third day after the last injection. Two or three gallons of blood are drawn off over six to seven weeks until the animal is exhausted or dies. The blood contains animal viruses and proteins foreign to the human body. The blood coagulates, and the clear fluid that rises to the surface is called serum. (The foreign viruses and proteins are not easily removed). The antitoxin is removed from the serum and treated with antibiotics.

Two years later, Von Behring and Kitasato inoculated guinea pigs with a heat-attenuated form of the toxin and it was assumed that the sera of immunized animals contained an antitoxin able to protect other susceptible animals against the disease. This modified toxin was then thought suitable for inoculating animals to obtain antitoxin, only to cause severe local reactions in humans and could not be used as a vaccine.

In U.S. (1909), Theobald Smith made efforts to prove that the diphtheria toxin neutralized by antitoxin (forming a Toxin-Anti-Toxin complex, TAT) gave immunity and eliminated local reactions seen in the modified toxin. Around 1910, TAT was used for active inoculation against diphtheria. However, it had 2 draw backs. 1- It was highly toxic, and the amount injected could result in fatally high toxic levels of diphtheria in the blood. 2- Because the antitoxin mixture was horse serum, the components of the horse serum tended to produce allergic reactions and make individuals hypersensitive to it. In 1919 this experimental vaccine was manufactured by the Mulford Company in Philadelphia and approved by the New York State Health Department as part of the ongoing experimentation. As a result in Dallas, Texas, ten children died and sixty others seriously became ill. The Mulford Company paid damages for every case.

In 1913, Schick designed a skin test to determine diphtheria susceptibility and or immunity in the human body. The Diphtheria toxin will cause an inflammatory reaction when injected directly into blood vessels or arteries. His test involved injecting a small dose of the toxin under the skin and evaluating the injection site after 48 hours. A positive test (inflammatory reaction) was thought to indicate susceptibility (non immunity). A negative test (no reaction) was assumed to be proof of immunity. Possibility that the body was able to rid itself without side effects of a full blown infection was not considered.

In 1924, twenty-five children in Bridgewater and twenty in Concord, were stated to having been poisoned by the TAT. Many had high fevers with their arms turning black and swelling to two or three times their normal size. September of 1924 of the 40 children inoculated with the TAT in a home for infants at Baden, near Vienna, six died and others suffered from skin necroses at the injection site.. February 1928, the Lancet mentioned "a more recent Russian disaster " (Bull. Hygiene, August 1927, p. 667) where 14 children received toxin in place of anatoxin (i.e., toxoid); eight died within two weeks, four of polyneuritis within a month and two recovered after symptoms of general intoxication." In the same year there were five deaths amongst inoculated children in China, and 37 others became very ill. In 1928, at Bundaberg, Australia, twelve children out of seventeen who were inoculated with toxin-antitoxin died, five others became critically ill for quite some time. The Public Health Department of Queensland and issued the vaccine to be safe.

In 1929, Ramon introduced the use of formaldehyde and created the diphtheria toxoid. It's safe to assume that he did so in hopes to reduce the fatalities after vaccination. The use of this chemical is still used in today's diphtheria vaccines (Dt, dT, DTP and DTaP). It is used as a germicide (germ destroying agent) to inactivate or kill the diphtheria bacteria prior to inoculation. However, formaldehyde has been reported as a failure in doing so. Not only does it fail as a germicide but it is also one of many carcinogenic (cancer causing) agents used in many pharmaceutical products and to embalm dead bodies. Failure of the formaldehyde to be a 100% effective germicide resulted in the use of thimerosal (49.9% mercury). Mercury has also failed as a germicide for vaccines. Yet it is still being used today because even though it does not kill 100% of foreign microorganisms it is exposed to, it kills many. Today there are two forms of this vaccines. The pediatric DT form contains 3-4 times more diphtheria toxoid than the adult dT form. Here is the confusing part. The pediatric DT form is contraindicated to be given to children or adults over 7 years of age because of the increased risks of adverse reactions. It is more potent with bacteria but safer for the smaller body of infants and children under 7 years old. When adding the 4 recommended doses, infants are getting 16 times MORE than adults. We have yet to find the scientific data which helps makes sense of this.

The Virus-Toxin Law was enacted July 1, 1902 four years before the Food, Drug and cosmetic Act brought biological products under federal regulatory control. It specifies manufacturing, inspection, licensing, and labeling requirements. This law was the result of an "accident" with a diphtheria antitoxin that killed several St. Louis children earlier in the year. They died because the blood of the horse used for the antitoxin had been contaminated with tetanus bacteria. The law was revised in 1944 and incorporated in to the Public Health Service Act.

The Health Director (Arlington Ailes, M.D.) for three cities ( Lasalle, Peru and Oglesby) of Illinios (United States) reported that amongst the 30,000 population, there were no cases of diphtheria in two and one-half years and zero deaths from the disease in three and one-half years, with the use of toxin-antitoxin nearly zero. However, in Chicago, where toxin-antitoxin was aggressively used, the infection and death rates of diphtheria were high. This was in 1929.

1926 a one year old was documented to having received the toxin-antitoxin. In 1927 she was assumed and declared " Schick-negative" as having developed immunity to Schick's vaccine. In 1930 she developed diphtheria and given an injection of serum on the left side of her rear. Three days later she was injected with a second dose on the opposite side. In three hours her backside began to swell and became extremely tender. Eventually the whole region became black and gangrenous. Her condition became increasingly worse, accompanied with severe pain. Twenty-seven days into the infection she was given a blood transfusion and her skin showed black and blue bruising, she vomited, lost consciousness and died at the age of five. The third third and similar case was reported with a 2 year old boy. He also died.

In 1930, at Medellin, Columbia, South America, forty-eight children were inoculated, and many were sick during the same night, one died the following afternoon, fourteen others (died) within sixty hours and two more within six weeks—a total of sixteen deaths.

Vaccination against diphtheria was introduced to Germany in 1925. In 1930 diphtheria inoculations were mandated, and resulting in a 17% increase in the disease and over 60 deaths. After the Second World War, production of the vaccine was halted. There was a decline in the incidence of the disease which coincided with the fact that the vaccination was no longer being used. When the vaccine was reintroduced the decline in the incidence of the disease slowed down.

In 1932, at Charolles, France, 172 children were inoculated with anatoxin (toxoid). All got sick soon afterwards, developing local abscesses that required surgery in several cases. In one case the child died. The parents of the children demanded but received no explanation. In the province of Chiavari over 80 inoculated children got sick, some being paralysed in arms and legs, others having their sight injured. One child died. In Venice and Rovigo severe symptoms, including paralysis were recorded with ten deaths.

1937 The British Medical Journal reported the death of a 12 year old girl and infection in 23 other children from tuberculosis following the inoculation of Toxoid Antitoxin Floccules, Schick's Diphtheria vaccine.

Between 1939 and 1942 it became evident that the vaccine did not prevent contraction of the disease. Even more interesting, unvaccinated people working in Diphtheria clinics had the organisms in their blood and never showed symptoms of the disease. Despite this evidence mass vaccinations of Diphtheria continued and contributed to the Diphtheria incidence in Britain between 1940 and 1955. The largest drop in Diphtheria occurred between 1865 and 1875, before the bacteria had even been isolated, indicating the spread of the disease was on the way out all by itself. The antitoxin was first used experimentally around 1900, and coincided with a large drop in recorded cases.

At the turn of the century, diphtheria was common, occurring primarily in children, and was one of the leading causes of death in infants and children in the United States. Data was first collected in 1920 and show that in the United States there were approximately 150,000 cases and 13,000 deaths reported annually.

Though prevention proved to be a failure by way of vaccination, vaccination was still being blindly pushed. During an epidemic in Chicago in 1969, a full 25% of cases had already been injected with diphtheria vaccine. Clearly suggesting evidence that the vaccine was worthless and contributed to the incidence of the condition.

From 1970 to 1979, it was reported that cases occurred only amongst populations that were not given the fully recommended doses. In other words, if the recommendation was 2 or 3 doses and individuals received less than that, they were put under the "non-immunized" category. Copy cat of the polio vaccinations.

STILL FAILING

This vaccine continues to be accompanied with reports of failure. Infections are admittedly increased in infants following the DPT vaccinations. Dr. Henry Shinefield agrees by saying, "There are more cases now than there were in 1945, before we had the vaccine." Dr. Robert Mendelsohn confirms with others that "Today your child has about as much chance of contracting diphtheria as she does of being bitten by a cobra."

Vaccinations began in 1977 in Lesotho German. In 1989 it was admitted that vaccinations may be making the community even more susceptible to the disease.

Between 1990-1993 an "outbreak" in Russia was publicized. 1,211 Cases in 1991 which increased by two fold in 1992 with 3,897 cases. 90% of the diagnosed children were reported to be fully vaccinated with 4 or more doses by the time they had started school. Showing full vaccination coverage is 100% INeffective in disease prevention. From 1991-1997 Diphtheria was considered to be an epidemic in Australia despite coverage doses of the DTP of up to 4 among the infected. This resulted in a presumption that infection despite vaccination simply meant the need for another does

April-August of 1994 there were18 cases in the Saraburi Province of Italy. Six of the children were reported to having been given the full vaccine doses recommendation prior to diagnosis. Once again, full coverage is shown to be a 100% failure in prevention by those numbers. No reports of how many cases involved incomplete vaccination "coverage" were made.

The Lancet put out in one of their 1996 publications on the vaccination's failure in the Ukraine. The Ukrainian Ministry of Health exposed the fact that in the first 5 months of the year there were 1,350 cases reported with 15 deaths. Only 510 less than the same time period of the previous year. Yet, not enough to prove that the Diphtheria vaccination campaign resulted in a nation wide protection. This nation-wide failed effort readily admitted by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health. Between 1997-1999 there were 1330 diphtheria cases reported in northern India. Vaccination rates were high.

2004 Bhubaneswar, India, 79 schoolchildren in Orissa were clinically sick, 11 of them critically, after being vaccinated for tetanus and diphtheria as part of the state's immunization program.

2005, there were 20 cases in Latvia. These were cases of diphtheritic polyneuropathy. In other words, peripheral nerves were effected. 80% of the infected were considered fully vaccinated. Again we see a 100% failure in prevention by means of compliance with recommended doses.

Tetanus is a problem of wound hygiene; not vaccination status. Tetanus, as a condition, is also known as "lockjaw", and is caused by a microorganism that produces a potentially fatal condition characterized by extreme muscular rigidity, spasms of the respiratory muscles, asphyxia and death. The organism, which is found in soil and the intestinal tract of some farm animals, usually enters the body through an open wound. The incubation period for the microorganism varies from one day to three weeks. Treatment is harsh, and involves the use of artificial airways, muscle relaxing drugs, antibiotics and antitoxins - in short, hell on earth for whomever contracts the condition. Since 1976 there have been less than 100 cases in the United States, and the majority of these have been in individuals over the age of 50. Between 1982 and 1984, 9 cases occurred in children. No deaths occurred in anyone under 30 years old. The vaccine compliance rate is about 95% with school age children. Prior to widespread vaccines for this condition, there were about 500 cases per year. It has never been adequately addressed to whether individuals should unequivocally receive the vaccine without receiving an injury first.

The tetanus vaccine is another toxoid vaccine. It elicits a reaction of swelling, redness and abscesses in 3-13% of those receiving the injection, and allergic reactions have been documented with repeated exposure. It is assumed that the vaccine will protect from tetanus. This assumption of protection came from a study conducted in 1937 where the mice used still developed tetanus. Long term side effects are currently unknown. Vaccination is given in a series of four injections which appears to provide protection for 10 years. There is no known reason to inject infants with the tetanus toxoid, especially because the infant immune and nervous systems are not developed and the true effect on the system of the toxoid is unknown. Children under two years old are not at risk of contracting tetanus, according to the available research. The first injections should not be given earlier than 12 months of age, and then every 10 years thereafter. Serious wounds might demand tetanus immune globulin, made from human tissue sources, which contains antibodies to the tetanus bacterium; this must be provided within 48 hours or less after any serious injury. If in doubt, contact a qualified health professional. Tetanus toxoid or immune globulin (TIG) can be acquired not in combination with any other vaccine, but of course you never know what else is in the vaccine you receive.

Current ACIP recommendations, however, oddly include both Diphtheria and Tetanus toxoid administration in situations of wound management rather than single antigen tetanus toxoid. It is unknown what effect both of these have together at the same time in the human body, especially in light of the combination of chemical preservatives present in both vaccines, the Diphtheria having its origin in animal tissue.

"Some people having tetanus booster already have antibody levels more than 8000 (eight thousand, just in case you thought I made a typo) times the protective level needed, suggesting Australia's regime of a booster every 10 years is in need of a change. Community physicians say Australia should adopt the UK regime which advises after five doses further boosters are unnecessary". Back in 1969, tetanus boosters are advised against, in an article of the New England Journal of Medicine, to keep down toxoid reactions.

"...This report describes severe, generalized tetanus in a 29-year old man who had received a primary series as a child and two booster injections. Serum obtained before administration of tetanus immune globulin showed antibody titers to tetanus greater than 100 times the level considered protective."

Scand Journal of Infectious Diseases, 15:303-306, 1983 - "Overdose of Booster Tetanus Toxoid Given in Error: Clinical study: repeated exposure to an antigen, or an overdose of antigen, will not continually enhance the immune response and may lead to inhibition or tolerance at either T or B cell level.

Tetanus has not been eliminated in this country and is reported to be most prevalent in nursing homes. It is in these places that bedridden patients develop decubitus ulcers or bedsores that are not properly cared for. The tetanus spore thrives in an open wound that has gotten dirty and is deprived of oxygen. There is nothing about developing tetanus and recovering that can impart immunity to this disease. If a person is careless about wound hygiene s/he may get it again and again regardless of his/her vaccination status.

Wound hygiene consists of cleansing the wound properly and keeping it clean. In the case of a deep puncture wound, be sure it bleeds and clean it with hydrogen peroxide. I always stop the bleeding, once cleaned, with 60,000 H.U. or stronger cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper is a wonderful antiseptic and styptic (equalizes blood pressure and stops bleeding). If the wound is severe and may require stitching or surgery, it is good to know about comfrey root powder and basic natural healing principles.

Pertussis (Whooping Cough) is caused by Bordetella pertussis and was first isolated in 1906. This infection is transmitted by route of the respiratory by secreted droplets. Incubation period is 5-14 days. In some cases it can go as long as 21 days.

However, current recommendations by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommend DT doses at 2,4,6 and 12-15 months of age, well before the immune system and neurological myelination processes have progressed. In other words, infants are still developing their protective coating around the nervous system called the myelin sheath. The break down of the myelin sheath leads to neurological disasters.

In the 50's and 60's there were reports of serious neurological complications and deaths following the triple combination. In the 1990's there were 253 deaths awarded more than 61 million dollars by the US Court of Federal Claims. 224 (86%) were admitted to have been the result of the triple combination. In 90% of these cases SIDS was the original listed cause.

Notifications of incidence, though variable and incomplete, follow the same pattern of steady decline in the United Kingdom and are unaffected either by small-scale vaccination beginning about 1948 or by nationwide vaccination beginning in 1957… attack-rates may be lower and complications fewer in vaccinated children… No protection by vaccination is demonstrable in infants…Adverse reactions and neurotoxicity following vaccinations were studied in 160 cases. In 79, the relationship to pertussis vaccine was strong. In 14 of these cases, reaction was transient but characteristic of a syndrome of shock and cerebral disturbance, which, in the other 65 cases, was followed by convulsions, hyperkinesis, and severe mental defect. It seems likely that most adverse reactions are unreported and that many are overlooked. Precise information about the efficacy and safety of this vaccine is lacking, because existing provisions, national and international, for epidemiological surveillance and evaluation are inadequate. The claim by official bodies that the risks of whooping-cough exceed those of vaccination is questionable, at least in the U.K.”

In medical literature, the manufacturer's product label and the CDC/FDA compiled database of adverse reactions list the following reactions: pericarditis, serum sickness, painful neuropathies and even severe, transient parkinsonism, headace, nausea, vomiting, arthralgias, tachycardia (racing heart), syncope (faiting), cranial verve paralysis, EEG disturbances, seizures, encephalopathy, anaphylaxis and Gillain-Barre Syndrome.

In 1982, Dr. William C. Torch, Director of child Neurology, University of Nevada School of Medicine presented a study at the 24th American Academy of pediatrics (AAP) Meeting. His data showed that the triple combination vaccine "may be a generally unrecognized major cause of sudden infant and early childhood deaths, and that the risks of immunization may outweigh it's potential benefits. Because his studies showed negative light to the multi million dollar vaccination program, they were criticized as unscientific.

In 1983, a temporal association between the vaccine and SIDS was reported in the Journal of pediatric Infectious Disease. Of the SIDS cases reported in Los Angels county there were 145 families interviewed. The authors reported that there was a statistically significant excess of deaths in the first day and first week after DTP. CDC further states that any family history of convulsions or any other neuorlogical disorders should not be considered as a risk factor with vaccinations. The lack of science in their statement is due to the fact that only healthy children are included in prelicensure trials. Any individuals with pre-exisiting history of convulsions or nuerological disorders would put the studies at risk for bias conclusion.

Putting aside apparent risks, do we know that the triple vaccine will boost the immune system and keep infants/children from acquiring either one of the infections? Pertussis cases after vaccination were defined and diagnosed only if coughing persists for 21 days or more. So, children developing pertussis with coughs less than 21 days were not considered in vaccine trials. This makes it easy for vaccine trial investigators to "conclude" the efficacy rate of the vaccines to be as high as 95%. However, according to CDC, "The findings of efficacy studies have not found a direct correlation between antibody response and protection against pertussis disease."

The USA Public Health Service and the American Academy of Pediatrics are now asking vaccine manufacturers to eliminate the preservative of Thimerosal (a mercury derivative) from all vaccines. It has been found that the cumulative effects of ingesting mercury can cause brain damage.

Measles, Mumps, Rubella and the Controversial MMR Vaccine

Measles (rubeola) is a contagious childhood disease caused by a virus and spread by coughing, sneezing or breathing on another individual. During measles, the body literally burns up the cells containing the invading virus. This incineration takes place at the site of the spots or rash. Measles in young infants, teenagers and adults can be severe with incredible complications and a high mortality rate.

The incubation period is typically 10 to 20 days and the infection lasts several weeks. Most cases of measles are mild and symptoms begin with a light, hacking cough, low fever, runny eyes and nose and general signs of a cold. Four to five days before the skin breaks out into spots, the cough can become more severe along with hacking, swelling, redness of the eyes and sensitivity to light. Fevers can be as high as 104-105 F. No need to go into panic mode. Fever is not the enemy. High temperatures are what helps the body kill off the infection. High fever and cold do not respond to antibiotics, aspirin or cough medicine. Best to let the body naturally deal with the infection the way it was created to do so.

The symptoms increase before the rash appears and 24-49 hours before the rash appears, the inside of the mouth is covered with grayish-white dots surrounded by reddening. In the beginning the rash is faint and starts appearing behind the ears becoming darker as it spreads to the face, neck and arms within 24 hours. Several days later it fades away moving to the legs and feet and then gradually fades from the rest of the body in the next few days. Once it all disappears, the child's immune system has "graduated" from it's challenge and can be deemed not only more mature, but immuned for the rest of the child's life. Recovery from measles in a previously healthy child is usually complete without complications. Rarely, there are those that need a second exposure before having been fully challenged and graduated into full immunity.

A severe case of measles can include secondary infections such as otitis media (inner ear infections), strep, bronchitis, pneumonia, hepatitis and Haemophilus influenza. Occasionally, extremely high fevers, brain inflammation and convulsions can be followed by permanent brain damage, transverse myelitis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, deafness, blindness, paralysis, and death. Complications are more common in adults, in immune compromised or chronically ill children and in babies under one year old.

An atypical, severe form of measles has been seen in individuals who have been vaccinated. This arose after the first introduction of a measles vaccine. This is resistant to treatments and often degenerates into pneumonia or meningitis. Symptoms begin with a fever, headache and stomach pain for several days and then a rash appears on the hands and feet and progresses towards the head - just the opposite progression that is seen in natural measles. The rash is especially noticeable on the legs and in body creases. Live virus measles vaccine, which is licensed for use in the U.S. today, can sometimes cause vaccine strain measles virus infection, which is very severe and can end in death.

History shows that in advanced countries where better hygiene was practiced, children recovered from measles without complications. In 1900 there were 13.3 measles deaths per 100,000. By 1955 the death rate was 0.03 per 100,000 a decline of 97.7% eight years before the 1st vaccination. Between 1915 and 1958 there was a decline in death from measles in the USA and England by 95%.

It is admitted that little is known about the long term affects after a high titre live measles vaccine. One was used in a randomized trial in Senegal. At birth, infants were "assigned" a vaccination at five months followed by a low titre Schwarz vaccine at 10 months of age. All were followed for 24-39 months. The study found that the mortality after vaccination was significantly higher in two of the three groups. Those two received the high titre vaccines. The Senegal study did not demonstrate decrease in disease incidents.

Other studies published have stated that these high titre vaccines contribute to the high mortality rate of the female recipients. One of them conducted in Guinea-Bissau, Africa. Another study was conducted in Gambia. The Gambian study was to only compare the two vaccines: Schwarz and the Edmonston-Zagreb. The "vaccine investigators" for this trial, with the simple stroke of the pen, decided that the two vaccines were just as "safe" and "effective" as the other simply because they brought the same adverse reactions. Not because neither prevented adverse reactions.

The National Health Federation put out a report in 1963 of a study conducted by the WHO. WHO's study revealed that individuals vaccinated for measles were 14 times more likely to contract the disease than the unvaccinated. The 20th Immunization Conference Proceedings of May 6-9, 1985 shed light on another government study was conducted in which made note that the "non-preventable" cases of measles occurred in the vaccinated. In the 70's the measles death rate was the exact same as in the 60's.

Experimentation moves to California. From 1989-1991 Pfizer conducted measles vaccine trial with Kaiser Permanente, the L.A. County Department of Health, and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Over 700 "mostly minority" infants were injected with the Edmonston Zagreb measles vaccine which parents were not made aware was strictly experimental.

Lets talk some more on Efficacy. Does the vaccine even work? A high proportion of individuals vaccinated early in life were later found in their adult hood to having developed cervical cancer, skin cancers and multiple sclerosis. One may look at that and say it's strictly coincidental. However, these cases caused enough concern to be reported in the Lancet Medical Journal in 1985.

From 1983-1990 there has been a 423% increase in the umber of measles cases. The CDC puts out a weekly report. In their June 6th,1986 publication they note that 80% of notified cases of measles had been vaccinated. In 1984 100% of vaccinated students developed measles. CDC had this to say: "This outbreak demonstrates that transmission of measles can occur within a school population with a documented immunization level of 100%...vaccinated persons were at greater risk of clinical illness if they had close exposure to a measles patient." Antibody titres were detected for those with resent booster vaccinations. However, no long term study with scientific analysis exists that definitively concludes this directly correlates with protections from the disease. CDC further states that "this outbreak suggests that measles transmission can occur within the 2%-10% of expected vaccine failures." In the same year Corpus Christi, TX experienced an epidemic in which it is noted that 99% of the children affected had been vaccinated. 95% of them were presumed to be immune. This according to the New England Journal of Medicine. In 1992 Dr. Atkinson of the CDC reported at the Drug Administration Workshop that "Measles transmission has been clearly documented among vaccinated persons". He went on to admit that in some of the large outbreaks, 95% of the cases had been vaccinated. Between 1986-1994 1,762 "batches" of the measles vaccine were released for mass vaccination in India. During the campaign 79 children died within twenty-four hours. Currently, India is testing a new nasal measles vaccine.

There is a myth that mothers vaccinated during childhood for measles pass on maternal antibodies to their children. Yet these mothers, never having acquired the disease naturally, do not have the natural measles antibodies to pass onto their children. Therefore, babies born today are left vulnerable to the disease from the moment of birth. By 1993 more than 25% of measles cases were occurring in babies under the age of one. In an Albuquerque, NM Journal the CDC attributed this to the growing number of mothers who were vaccinated during the 1960's, 70's and 80's. The observation over three decades is clearly made by the U.S. government that the MMR denies the human body of natural immunity to be passed down.

June 2006 one infant died and five others were hospitalized in critical condition in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam. Head of the National Open Vaccination Program, Do Sy Hien, said that the number of children receiving compulsory vaccinations dropped due to the incidents. He admitted that Priorix, the MMR injection involved should not have been on the program. Great Britain also experienced deaths after the jab at the same time. Although, this is a not a first for any country.

Encephalopathy is a brain disorder often followed by measles vaccination. In one particular study published in 1998, medical records of children were obtained who had received their first does between 1970-1993. Criteria was met by the identification of encaphalopathy within 15 days of inoculation. 48 children of 10-49 months met this criteria. They had either received the measles alone or in the triple combination vaccine. Eight children died. The rest suffered mental regression, retardation, chronic seizures, motor and sensory deficits, and movement disorders.

Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis is another side effect listed after measles vaccination. An infection of the central nervous system. Progression in this adverse reaction leads to death of the nerve cells and brain inflammation.

Mumps can cause fever, headache and inflammation of the salivary glands, which causes the swelling of the cheeks. Incubation is generally 14 to 21 days. Beginning symptoms may be low fever, headache, vomiting and earache. Swelling first appears in front of the ear above the jaw line and sometimes involves the glands under the chin. There is discomfort when eating because the saliva irritates swollen glands. One side or both sides of the face may swell. Swelling usually goes away in a week and recovery is usually complete without complications.

In rare occasions mumps can be severe and cause an inflammation of the lining of the brain and spinal cord. This is meningitis. Symptoms include severe headache, vomiting, irritability, lethargy. Sometimes it can cause inflammation of the brain itself and can cause permanent brain damage, deafness or death. Adolescent or adult males who get mumps can develop painful inflammation and swelling of the testicles (orchitis). Rarely, this causes sterility. Life long immunity and a more mature immune system is also the result of recovery from this challenging disease.

Though several vaccine strains exist, the most popular mumps vaccine is derived from the Jeryl Lynn strain of the mumps virus. The Jeryl Lynn strain is an attenuated form of the mumps virus, produced by passage in embryonated hensí eggs and chick embryo cell cultures.

There are many published adverse reactions to mumps vaccination. Ranging from atypical mumps, which is a severe form of the disease after vaccination, to meningitis, diabetes, and causing higher rates of mumps cases. The Lancet reported that in West Germany, authorities had listed twenty-seven neurological reactions to the mumps vaccine including Meningitis, febrile convulsions, and epilepsy. There are 30,000 new cases of epilepsy. 10,000 of which are children, in the UK alone.

Rubella is also known as German Measles or the "three day measles" and is usually a mild childhood disease which used to be common in American children five to nine years old. However, today in the U.S., rubella is most frequently seen among teenagers and young adults. In these age brackets it can be severely serious.

In 1969, there were 57,686 cases of rubella reported in the U.S., the highest number of cases reported In one year. In 1992, there were 160 cases of rubella reported in the U.S. with one death reported to have resulted from disease complications. In 2002, there were only 18 reported cases.

The virus can be found in the throat and blood of an infected individual. Incubation period is 14 to 21 days. Symptoms begin with a mild cold, low-grade fever and swelling of the glands in the back of the neck and under the chin. Sometimes the glands behind the ears become enlarged. A pink rash first appears on the face and then spreads to the arms, head, chest and sometimes the legs. Young adults, especially young women, who get rubella may have swollen glands in the back of the neck and some pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints (arthritis) that persists for several weeks. Recovery from rubella is usually quick but occasionally brain inflammation and chronic arthritis can cause permanent damage.

If a woman gets rubella in the first trimester of pregnancy, she has a 20 to 25 percent greater chance of giving birth to a deformed baby and is at risk of suffering a miscarriage. Birth defects can include blindness, damage to the heart and major arteries, deafness, abnormally small brain and mental retardation.

Three rubella vaccines were licensed in the U.S. in 1969: HPV- 77:DE-5 (duck embryo), HPV-77:DK-12 (dog kidney), and Cendehill (rabbit kidney) strains. The HPV-77:DK-12 was later removed from the market because there was a higher rate of joint complaints following vaccination with this strain. In January 1979, the RA 27/3 (human diploid fibroblast) strain (Meruvax-II) was licensed and all other strains were discontinued. The RA 27/3 rubella vaccine is a live attenuated virus. It was first isolated in 1965 at the Wistar Institute from a rubella-infected aborted fetus. The virus was attenuated by 25-30 passages in tissue culture, using human diploid fibroblasts. It does not contain duck, chicken or egg protein. The method in which the unborn child was found infected with Rubella for vaccine manufacturing was conducted with brutal deception and intended heartless murder of the child. Conflict of Interests? Dr. Samuel Katz was the Wilburt Cornell Davison Professor and Chairman Emeritus of Pediatrics at Duke University. He is a member of many scientific advisory committees and boards including the NIH, IOM, WHO, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Burroughs Wellcome Fund (Chairman), and the Hasbro Children's Foundation. He was Chairman of the Public Policy Council of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and currently co-chairs IDSA's Vaccine Initiative. Having relinquished the Chairmanship in 1990, his principle activities now are with vaccines and pediatric AIDS. He participates in the clinical research trials of the NIH, served on their Committee for AIDS Vaccines, devotes time each week to the care of children with HIV infection, and was a member of The Pediatric Executive Committee of NIAID's ACTG. His vaccine policy work continues through CDC, IOM, NIH, IDSA and WHO committees and consultancies.

Dr. Sam Katz, with the help of Dr. John Enders developed a measles vaccine. In a chapter from his book “Vaccines”, he writes with two others; “The risk of serious complications and death is increased in infants and adults.” And later, “The highest risk of death was in children younger than one year and adults. Neither vaccination nor revaccination is a guarantee that one will be protected from the measles and could well be a significant problem in the future. Boosting of antibody titers appears to be transient, with several investigators finding antibody levels to the pre-revaccination level within months to years.”

At the Oklahoma State University's Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, clinical trials of a new measles vaccine are being conducted. Doctor Stanley Grogg says the trials are in the third phase of a four-phase national study to find a new measles vaccine. He says the pharmaceutical company that makes the vaccine used a 1967 measles virus to make the original vaccine and that vaccine will be used up in two to three years, so a new vaccination must be found. Ten years and running, there exists the debate over the triple vaccine and it's possible link to autism. Every licensed physician that has questioned the marketed promises of vaccinations has concluded that there is a high probability between compulsory vaccinations and what CDC has advised to be an epidemic. Where as it was once published as 1 in every 166 children is affected with some form of autism [by CDC] that ratio has been re-adjusted to 1 in 150 by CDC. Because given estimates rise every couple years, this is a clear indication that autism continues to rise. Autism continues to rise overseas. Scotland has put itself on the media map with their rising numbers and concern.

Though unfortunately unpublished, Dr. Oleske and Professor Zecca of New Jersey Medical School, researched and found abnormally high titres of anti-measles antibodies in autistic children. They concluded that the MMR vaccine may be the cause of chronic over activation of the immune system leading to damage of the brain and nervous system. Scientist Vijendra K. Singh, at the Utah State University (Department of Biology and Biotechnology Center), published a conclusive study in 2001 confirming that MMR-vaccinated children have abnormally high levels of measles virus antibodies, indicating that autism may be a neuro-immune response to the vaccine. Singh found auto-antibodies in 80% of autistic children while normal children had none. These auto-antibodies apparently attack the myelin proteins surrounding the sheath of nerve fibers, resulting in brain dysfunction. Singh found that 55% of autistic children developed this condition after receiving the MMR vaccine and 33% after receiving the diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (DTP) vaccine.

Summer 2006 There are publications put out of how U.S. scientists have confirmed the MMR vaccine linked to autism: World Times, UK Telegraph, and the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Steven Walker of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina, conducted a study in which he found that 85% of samples taken from the intestines of children with regressive autism contain the vaccine measles strain. This basically replicates the findings of Dr. Andrew Wakefield of the UK who's studies were publicized in the Lancet, accused of financial conflict of interest by the Lancet, but remains strongly supported by physicians and scientists. Accusations by the Lancet were later found and published to be false. Clearly, the casual relationship between vaccinations and autism is far beyond the issue of mercury's continuing existance in vaccines.

It is vital to note that MMR vaccine, and the chronic measles infection so often following, depletes the body of Vitamin A. In Africa, the death toll was reduced to virtually zero by administering 250,000 units of vitamin A with the MMR vaccine. Vitamin A beforehand will prevent damage from the MMR vaccine that has now been shown to infect the gut of at least 1/3 of the children with autism.

Chickenpox And Shingles

Chickenpox got its name from the blisters that are seen with the illness. These red spots were once thought to look like chick peas on the skin. Cicer is the Latin word for chick peas. Hence the name chickenpox. These red spots occur when the liver is congested and unable to fully eliminate metabolic waste (toxins) which must be discharged, the waste is practically forced through the bloodstream. This results in a chemical burn from the waste products that leave the body by way of the skin.

Chickenpox is considered an acute form of toxemia. Before the onset of fever and other outward signs of infection appear, pathogens (disease producing microorganism) thrive and feed on the waste. Generally it takes 10-21 days to develop the disease after contact with an infected individual. For decades this was known to be a begnin childhood disease in which there was rarely ever a death reported. It was common knowledge that just like measles, mumps and rubella, once chickenpox is contracted it is never a returning incident for the individual. The challenge of chickenpox to the child's body results in strengthening the immune system.

Death from chickenpox was not common or a commonly known fear until the vaccine was invented and licensed. The pharmaceutical industry and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention predicted big bucks if they could just come up with a vaccine and use fear against a common benefiting disease. Doctors are strongly influenced by CDC and other "sources" to "remind" parents of possible fatality that the vaccine supposedly prevents should their children get infected. In order to justify the vaccine mandate, CDC put out a publication to support the marketed fear of death from chickenpox. The three cases listed are of hospitalized boys who started out with fever and other minor complications. The physicians gave them antibiotics, analgesics, or steroidal medications. Their conditions worsened.

When potentially lethal doses of sub-lethal poisons such as pain killers, fever suppressants, steroids and other drugs are administered, the patient is further weakened. The waste products of germs that have fed on the dead cells and the irritation from the toxins absorbed into the blood irritate the already overworked liver.

Antibiotics literally means "against life" and violently stimulate the adrenal glands. But if they are weak or depleted, the disease runs a chronic, often recurring course. Fewer germs are left to convert waste, and no means to carry off and eliminate the dead cells. There are more deaths today from septicemia (blood poisoning caused by toxic waste from putrefactive bacteria) than there were before the use of antibiotics. This was the case with one of the three boys in the CDC report in which death from chickenpox complications occurred. Other drugs were prescribed and administered and the other two boys eventually died.

Deaths after treatment with penicillin still occur today.

Varicella (the vaccine) was approved by the FDA in 1995 with the claim that it is 80% clinically effective in prevention. The vaccine was manufactured with the use of cell lines from aborted babies. According to the package insert, "the duration of protection is unknown". Vaccination may not protect all that are vaccinated. Adverse reactions are upper respiratory illness, vomiting, canker/cold sores, headache abdominal, anaphylactic shock, seizures, pain...etc. After licensure and numerous reports to VAERS 17 adverse reactions were added to the package insert.

The AAP denied allegations that a mandate for the vaccine would be proposed. However, history continues to repeat itself and the AAP got their heads together with Merck (the manufacturer) and CDC, in that same year of licensure, to have it mandated for school registration. By 2001, 29 states were requiring proof that children registering for daycare or school had been diagnosed in the past with chickenpox or were vaccinated.

Following the FDA's approval, claims were made that the vaccine contributed to the decline in disease cases. CDC shows in its national reporting the decrease of the childhood disease between 1987-1997 by 58%. CDC admits that the decrease corresponded with the decrease in the number of states reporting to NNDDSS "...and the completeness of reporting". By 2004 CDC was only actively watching three national sites for chickenpox activity in Pennsylvania, Texas and California. To further complicate reporting accuracy, physicians are not required to report cases to government agencies. A wise individual would see plenty of reason to believe the claim of declining in disease rates after mass vaccinations is on very shaky ground. In the same year CDC put out a publication of an outbreak amongst the vaccinated. The title says it all. One truth is revealed: "the outbreak coincided with introduction of the varicella vaccination requirements".

In the beginning of it's practice, the vaccine was combined with the live triple vaccine. The MMR. However, CDC found and put out a publication in which they conclude that the chickenpox vaccine was ineffective when combined with the MMR. Chickenpox outbreaks were increased. The rational is made that immunity is acquired when the vaccine is administered at least 30 days after the MMR.

Reports of chickenpox outbreaks are taking place amongst the vaccinated population. In 2001 CDC investigated an outbreak in New Hampshire. Amongst a population that was vaccinated, the vaccine was only 40% effective. In the same year a report had experts predicting that the more children vaccinated would result in more outbreaks. In 2002 NEJM and JAMA put out publications on chickenpox outbreaks after inoculation. In one incident one child had been vaccinated (3 yrs. prior) and his vaccination was said to be what brought on the outbreak three years later infecting half of the daycare class. The 2001 prediction was right. By 2006 there were still reports of outbreaks in schools largely amongst the vaccinated. From Wiscon to Minnesota, to Alabama, to Arkansas...etc. To elude the public from seeing mass vaccinations as the obvious cause, the "experts" recommended a booster saying that one dose is not good enough. Therefore, a second should do the trick. Chances are, somewhere in the near future "experts" will explain the ongoing failure could be stopped with yet a 3rd dose. As has been the historic case with other vaccines in the recommended schedule.

Mild infection by vaccination vs. full blown natural infection. Take your pick. Often times these reports make note of the post vaccination infection to be mild with fewer lesions. Thus, insuating this to be the "preferred infection" verses the normal. This is dangerous. According to CDC the "mild" infections after vaccination only bring about 50 or fewer lesions and no fever. The lack of fever means that the natural immune response to infection has been suppressed. In all cases, a fever is brought on by the body's attempt to burn and dispose of foreign agents responsible for infection. Fevers begin in the liver. When mommy puts a thermometer under the tongue and the fever is showing to be 105 degrees the internal temperature of the liver may be as high as 110 degrees. But if the liver is unable to completely oxidize the poisons of disease, causing some leak through into the blood stream, then, under the action of the endocrine glands, the poisons seek other outlets via the mucous membranes such as the upper respiratory tract, diagnosed by doctors as flu, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and even pneumonia (a complicated type of bronchitis). Throughout the entire process, the liver is neutralizing the toxic wastes of disease. Fever is not the enemy.

Ten years of mass vaccinations with chickenpox have resulted in rising complications such as brain inflammation, transmission of the vaccine strain from the vaccinated to the unvaccinated children and an epidemic of shingles amongst adults. These adults are those who acquired and recovered from chickenpox naturally during childhood only to be re-exposed to the vaccine strain by none other than the vaccinated children.

Until mass vaccinations, shingles was not a common problem for adults. Especially those 60 years old and above. A shingles outbreak is not benign. The first sign is tingling, itching, or stabbing pain on the skin. Several days following a red, blistering rash appears that is severely painful lasting up to several weeks. Symptoms range from a mild itch to intense pain. During the resolve there is numbness, skin discoloration and permanent scars.

Serious complications include facial paralysis, hearing loss, or encephalitis (inflammation of the brain). When the eyes are involved the result can be glaucoma, cataracts or possibly permanent blindness. The severity can be reduced if treated early with the antiviral drugs acyclovir (Zovirax), valacyclovir ( Valtrex) or famcyclovir (Famvir). These medications only help reduce the symptoms. Approximately 20% of shingles cases can result in post-herpetic neuralgia. This manifests as unrelenting pain possibly persisting for years after the initial rash has healed. There is no conventional treatment for post -- herpetic neuralgia and even the strongest pain medications are rarely helpful. Never minding the cause being mass vaccinations, Merck saw yet another profiting opportunity and created a shingles vaccine for adults. Zostavax was licensed in 2006.

According to the package insert, the varicella-zoster virus used in creating Zostavax was obtained from a child with naturally occuring chickenpox. It was then cultured for viral growth on WI-38 which is basically cell cultured from an aborted child. Cell cultures from yet another aborted child were also used called the MRC-5. Bovine (cow) fluids were also used. Other vaccine components include sucrose, sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, MSG, potassium chloride, bovine (cow) calf serum...etc. Some of the complications and adverse reactions observed during the vaccine study were impaired vision, bacterial superinfection, scarring, sensory loss and conjestive heart failure. There are yet many others. There is a warning label that vaccination with Zostavax could result in extensive vaccine-associated rash. Transmission of the vaccine virus from the varicella vaccine recipients without a rash has been reported. Vaccinees should be informed of the risks of transmitting the vaccine virus. Hospitalizations also occurred with those vaccinated with Zostavax. FDA review concluded that the vaccine does not reduce shingles related hospitalizations or deaths. Thirty deaths occurred during the study. After reading the package insert thoroughly, one can see just how dangerous this vaccine is.

Cancer Facts

Cancer begins in cells, the building blocks of tissue which make up the organs. Normally, cells grow and divide to form new cells as the body needs them. When cells grow old, they die and are replaced with new cells. The problem comes in when abnormal cells "appear" and start multiplying. The abnormal multiplications form masses resulting in growth or tumors. In the case of cervical cancer, abnormal cells found in pap smear screenings do not necessarily mean "cancer". Abnormal cells can lead to cancer. However, they do not define cancer of the cervix.

Cervical cancer, in the lining of the cervix, affects about 13,000 women in the U.S. each year. Cervical cancer occurs at an average age of 54. About 4,000 die. Worldwide, a half million get the disease and 225,000 die.

In the 1970s, herpes simplex virus (HSV) was touted as the cause of cervical cancer. This based on population studies that showed a correlation of the disease with HSV dna. The blame shifted to human papillomavirus (HPV) in the 1980's.

The HPV is a group of more than 100 viruses. About 30-40 of which are supposedly linked to cervical cancer. Of these 30 or so, HPV-16 is said to be found in 50% of cervical cancers. HPV-18 supposedly accounts for 20%.

In 1992 molecular biologists of the University of California at Berkely, Peter Duesberg and Jody Schwartz, questioned the theory that HPV causes cervical cancer. They were concerned about the lack of consistent HPV DNA sequences and consistent HPV gene expression in tumors that were HPV-positive. They said quite possibly "carcinogens may be primary inducers of abnormal cell proliferation rather than HPV or HSV." And here’s the key point: "Since proliferating cells [cancer cells dividing wildly] would be more susceptible to infection than resting cells, the viruses would just be indicators rather than causes of abnormal proliferation." Even though the National Cancer Institute (NCI) admits that the "direct" cause of cervical cancer has not been demonstrate, they work with the theory that it has been. Since 2003 even the FDA has been well aware that the human papillomavirus (HPV) does NOT cause cervical cancer. They acknowledged this fact in their statement March 31st, "most infections by HPV are shortlived and not associated with cervical cancer. Most women who become infected with HPV are able to eradicate the virus and suffer no apparent long term consequences to their health." Repeated transient HPV infections even when caused by high risk types of HPVs are characteristically not associated with an increased risk of developing squamous intraepithelial lesions, the precursor lesion of cervical cancer.

According to the New England Journal of Medicine, women face an increased risk of cervical cancer if their mothers took the world's first synthetic female hormone during pregnancy. These women were known as 'DES daughters' because their mothers took diethylstilbestrol (DES) and labeled to have higher rates of infertility and miscarriages. DES has also been linked to a higher risk of developing a relatively uncommon type of cancer at an early age, known as clear-cell adenocarcinoma of the vagina and cervix.

Current guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists suggest that most women should have annual Pap tests. The American Cancer Society guidelines suggest that screening less frequently than every year might be adequate for women who have had three negative annual tests. CDC backs this up by warning in a 2000 weekly report (MMWR), that women who get annual pap smears may receive no benefit over women who are tested less frequently. They even say it may in fact be causing harm since frequently tested women may also be at increased risk of unnecessary treatment and anxiety.

Look up the cervical cancer declining rates in your state from the National Cancer Institute

"Many times, especially for low-grade abnormalities, there's a lot of false positives (results which appear positive, but are in fact negative), and women may be biopsied and receive other treatment because of the Pap test result," Dr. Mona Saraiya from the CDC told Reuters Health. "These symptoms might have gone away if we'd left (the women) alone," she added. ""There needs to be more research to show what actual harmful morbidity is associated with an abnormal Pap."

The [CDC] researchers concluded that "Women who were screened annually rather than less frequently might have worse health outcomes if low-grade results of undetermined clinical importance lead to further testing and unnecessary patient morbidity and anxiety". Thus the reason for recommending pap screenings once every three years only.

Dr. Nancy Lee is the Associate Director for Science, within the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control of the National Centers for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. She testified before the House Committee March 16, 1999 that the incidence rate for all U.S. women is about 8 per 100,000 and that cervical cancer rates have [already] been dropping for several years. The cervical cancer death rate declined 45 percent between the periods 1972-74 and 1992-94 and the overall incidence of the disease has decreased steadily from 14.2 per 100,000 in 1973 to 7.4 per 100,000 in 1995. According to the American Cancer Society, "Between 1955 and 1992 the number of cervical cancer death in the united states dropped by 74%"

Most young adults who have been sexually involved and exposed to HPV naturally clear the virus from their body, thus going on to live normal healthy lives. Deaths associated with cervical cancer are very low on the totem pole of leading cancer killers for women with lung cancer at 68,000 deaths annually, breast cancer at 42,000 deaths, colorectal cancer at 29,000 deaths, ovarian cancer at 14,000 deaths, skin cancer at 9,600 deaths, and uterine cancer at 6,500 cancer deaths. Pap smears potentially prevent nearly 100% deaths caused by cervical cancer. One can only ask why Merck and CDC are pushing for a vaccine when the war against cervical cancer is practically already a success story.

HPV is not only sexually transmitted. It is a skin-to-skin transmission also. It is well documented in multiples papers. 3 year olds, 5 year olds, 10 year olds and women who have never had sex, have been diagnosed with HPV markers.

At last, now there's a vaccine touted as a medical break through in combating cancer. However, neither Merck, CDC nor the FDA have been forthright about the trials prior to vaccine licensure of Gardasil June 2006.

Merck’s clinical trials did not prove the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, designed to prevent cervical cancer and genital warts, is safe to give to young girls. Merck and the FDA do not reveal in public documents exactly how many 11 to 15 year old girls were in the clinical trials, how many of them received hepatitis B vaccine and Gardasil simultaneously, and how many of them had serious adverse events after being injected with Gardasil or the aluminum placebo. For example, if there were fewer than 1,000 little girls actually injected with three doses of Gardasil, it is important to know how many had serious adverse events and how long they were followed for chronic health problems, such as juvenile arthritis.

The study consisted of 2,392 young women. 36 percent were disqualified primarily because they had detectable HPV markers before the trial. The study was selected for women who showed some sort of robust natural immunity that kept them from expressing the HPV markers. 859 were excluded from the final data analysis for technical reasons and the vast majority were found to be infected with HPV-16 before getting the vaccine.

Of 1,533 women who remained, half were given the vaccine and half the placebo shot. The placebo used contained a potentially reactive aluminum and a non-reactive saline solution. A reactive placebo can artificially increase the appearance of safety of an experimental drug or vaccine in a clinical trial.

Animal and human studies have shown that aluminum adjuvants can cause brain cell death and that vaccine aluminum adjuvants can allow aluminum to enter the brain, as well as cause inflammation at the injection site leading to chronic joint and muscle pain and fatigue. Nearly 90 percent of all Gardasil recipients and 85 percent of aluminum placebo recipients reported one or more adverse events within 15 days of vaccination, particularly at the injection site. About 60 percent of those who got Gardasil or the aluminum placebo had systemic adverse events including headache, fever, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, myalgia. Gardasil recipients had more serious adverse events such as headache, gastroenteritis, appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, asthma, bronchospasm and arthritis. Gardasil contains 225 mcg of aluminum and, although aluminum adjuvants have been used in vaccines for decades, they were never tested for safety in clinical trials. Merck and the FDA did not disclose how much aluminum was in the placebo.

Fifteen women in the Gardasil group and 16 in the placebo group gave birth to babies with abnormalities. Five of the babies were conceived by women 1 month after they received the vaccine. The rest were conceived by women after 1 month of injection with Gardasil. In the same report, Gardasil was also found to cause an increase in abnormal/precancerous cells in the cervix. It doesn't take rocket science to intelligently translate that into an increased risk for cervical cancer. Contradictory to Merck's add campaign of "one less", girls taking the vaccines are actually at an increased risk of being one more in the cervical cancer statistics. Of those who received the placebo shot, 41 women became infected with HPV-16, and nine of them had precancerous cervical growths.

Then the study used a cancer detection method which is known to be inaccurate, with a rate of false negative test results that ranges from 1 percent to 93 percent, despite the fact that it is the only test currently available in the United States to screen women for signs of cervical cancer. (A false negative result means that women who have cervical cancer or precancerous tissues are not being identified when they have a Pap smear.)"

The women in this study were only monitored for HPV infection if they show a positive Pap smear. But since even the CDC recognizes that the Pap test produces a wide range of false negative results, the HPV study’s Pap test is so unreliable that the rest of the study is raises much suspicion.

A positive result was defined as any PCR signal that exceeded the background PCR level associated with an HPV-negative sample of human DNA. This is a risky protocol because PCR tests are plagued with false positive reactions (a positive signal that is not a true detection of the target). Since the authors show no data or reference to data on a secondary test that confirms the gene sequence of a positive signal, they cannot conclude that they are measuring HPV."

According to Merck's product insert, there was 1 case of juvenile arthritis, 2 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, 5 cases of arthritis, and 1 case of reactive arthritis in 11,813 Gardasil recipients plus 1 case of lupus and 2 cases of arthritis out of 9,701 participants primarily receiving an aluminum containing placebo. Clinical trial investigators dismissed most of the 102 Gardasil and placebo associated serious adverse events, including 17 deaths, that occurred in the clinical trials as unrelated.

Dr. Diane Harper is a lead researcher in the development of the HPV vaccine and she criticizes the way Gardasil has been marketed. She has studied the Human papillomavirus for over 20 years. She admits that giving this vaccine to girls as young as 11 years old is a "great big public health experiment" and that it has NOT been tested for effectiveness for them. She also says that it will not protect girls at all that are as young as nine years old.

Harper feels the ideal way to vaccinate women is to offer it at 18 years of age. She says these women should be screened for HPV. If the test results are negative then they should schedule the 3 shot series. She admits that if the test comes back positive there is truly no understanding of how to medically respond to that.

"The zealousness to inoculate all these younger girls may very well backfire at the very time they need protection most." Harper says. "This vaccine should not be mandated for 11-year-old girls," she reiterated. "It's not been tested in little girls for efficacy. At 11, these girls don't get cervical cancer - they won't know for 25 years if they will get cervical cancer." Clearly if it has not been tested for efficacy in 11 year old girls, it is neglectful and wrong for CDC and politicians to even suggest [much less recommend] the vaccine to be effective or safe for nine year old girls. Physicians should be careful not to follow in such disgrace by administering the vaccine to these young girls.

“Merck lobbied every opinion leader, women’s group, medical society, politicians, and went directly to the people — it created a sense of panic that says you have to have this vaccine now,” Angela Raffle, a specialist in cervical cancer screening with the National Health Service in Britain said “There is no need to rush...If we do this quickly and badly, we could cause more deaths,” from side effects, for example, or from giving girls false security that they are protected for life and no longer need to be screened..

"Also, the public needs to know that with vaccinated women and women who still get Pap smears (which test for abnormal cells that can lead to cancer), some of them will still get cervical cancer," says Harper.

Merck has not been able to prevent cancer. Not in the trials and not now. Gardasil is not 100% effective against HPV. Harper reminds us that it is only 100% effective against two types of HPV. Those would be the two high risk types [HPV-16 and PHV-18]. The other two [HPV-6 and HPV-11] are low risk and have not been associated with cervical cancer. As stated earlier, 3 year olds, 5 year olds, 10 year olds etc. have been diagnosed with HPV infection without sexual contact. If a young girl already has HPV-16 and HPV-18 markers before inoculation, the vaccine will not protect her from infection of those strains. The only way to test for the presence of HPV is to conduct a vaginal swab, which is inappropriate to do with young girls. Merck assumed that because older girls did not show up with HPV markers after inoculation, the young girls (as young as 9 years old) would be protected as well. Sound science does not run on assumptions.

Clearly, three years of studying the safety and efficacy of a vaccine against a cancer that takes decades to develop is not long enough. There is no science in fast tracking trials or a vaccine for cervical cancer and then presuming safety and efficacy. The third phase of the trial was not even completed before the vaccine was licensed. "There is too little long term safety and efficacy data, especially in young girls, and too little labeling information on contraindications for the CDC to recommend Gardasil for universal use, which is a signal for states to mandate it," says Barbara Fisher. "Nobody at Merck, the CDC or FDA know if the injection of Gardasil into all pre-teen girls – especially simultaneously with hepatitis B vaccine - will make some of them more likely to develop arthritis or other inflammatory autoimmune and brain disorders as teenagers and adults. With cervical cancer causing LESS than one percent of all cancer deaths in American women due to routine pap screening, it was inappropriate for the FDA to fast track Gardasil. It is way too early to direct all young girls to get three doses of a vaccine that has not been proven safe or effective in their age group."

Merck's marketing tactic is to first misinform and then advertise the need for vaccination.

Not missing a step shortly after it's FDA approval, the CDC ACIP branch recommended Gardasil for children registered in school (girls) June 2006. In September Michigan was the first US state to propose a bill that would recommend the vaccine for girls registered in the public schools. While Virginia, Colorado and Texas push for GARDASIL mandates, Michigan ends up banning the vaccine.

Since the approval of the vaccine there were just under 400 reports listed of adverse effects to the [CDC and FDA] compiled database for 2006. Starting in July [month after it was FDA approved] the number of reports continued to escalate coming from 43 states by December 2006. Below are some of those reported reactions listed on the VAERS database experienced by girls given only GARDASIL [no other vaccines administered at appointment].

the patient experienced extreme pain at the injection site. The onset of the pain was immediate
1 hr after vaccination, pt reported to feel dizzy, weak, vision went black for a few seconds, got pale with purple lips x 1/2hr. Felt better after drinking OJ. Then got temp 101F and chills x 1 day.
Vaccine given after physical. Pt fainted, vasovagal, hit head on carpeted cement floor. Loss of consciousness 1 min, had tonic posturing of right hand only some shaking.
pt developed a rash and hives. It was reported that this was not an injection site rash. The pt presented to her physician's office on 18Aug06 with hives all over her body.
patient developed a swollen thumb and her palms became red and hot. The patient later developed a tightness in her chest. The patient was immediately taken to a physician (an allergist who was the mother's employer) who immediately gave the patient a huge dose of cetirizine hydrochloride and acetaminophen as an intervention.

While the VAERS database only has 5 cases of Gillian Barre Syndrome listed, there were actually 40 cases within the first six months after Gardasil was approved by the FDA. Dr. Harper confirms this. These cases are from girls who received Gardasil along with the meningitis vaccine. Scientists admit that vaccines can trigger GBS and that they didn't expect the numbers to be as high as they are in association with Gardasil.

The vaccine has raised serious questions over how to safeguard their children’s health for some. Phillip and Barbara Tetlock, both professors at the University of California at Berkeley, are asking whether Gardasil shots that their daughter, Jenny, received last year contributed to her illness, an extremely rare form of progressive paralysis that has left her bed bound and needing assistance to breathe at age 14.

Because Gardasil was only administered by itself or with Hepatitis B during the trials, doctors administering Gardasil with any other vaccine is admittedly conducting experimentation. Clearly, we are now seeing what is happening with young girls vaccinated with Gardasil and one or more other vaccine(s). Just look through the VAERS database.

Now, let's go back to that question of why CDC and Merck would push to have this vaccine mandated. The answer: Money. Where is the the money coming from? Merck. Where is it going to? Those pushing for the vaccines. Who's pushing? Politicians...and then it comes back full circle to MERCK who stands to profit billions.

Hundreds of doctors have been recruited and trained to give talks about Gardasil — $4,500 for a lecture — and some have made hundreds of thousands of dollars in the USA. Politicians have been lobbied and invited to receptions urging them to legislate against a global killer. And former state officials have been recruited to lobby their former colleagues.

“There was incredible pressure from industry and politics,” said Dr. Jon Abramson, a professor of pediatrics at Wake Forest Univeristy who was chairman of the committee of the CDC that recommended the vaccine for all girls once they reached 11 or 12.

“This big push is making people crazy — thinking they’re bad moms if they don’t get their kids vaccinated,” said Dr. Abby Lippman, a professor at McGill University in Montreal and policy director of the Canadian Women’s Health Network. Canada will spend $300 million on a cervical cancer vaccine program.

To further encourage vaccination on campus, Merck gave the American College Health Association with an unrestricted grant to train its officers to speak about the new vaccine and to create kits to discuss cervical cancer and promote the vaccine for college health services. The association now recommends the shot for all female college-age students, even though many in that group already have HPV, rendering the vaccine less useful.

The only state to pass a bill requiring the vaccine for school entry is Virginia; it takes effect in October, after school begins, so will first apply in 2009. Merck has a growing economic interest in Virginia. In December 2006, Merck announced it would invest $57 million to expand its Elkton, Va., plant to make Gardasil, helped by a $700,000 grant from a state economic development agency that is part of the executive branch. As in many states where cervical cancer legislation has been considered, there have been ties between drug makers and members of government. In 2006, one of Merck’s newly hired Virginia lobbyists was Sandra D. Bowen, who had spent years as Virginia’s secretary of administration. And Bill Bolling, the state’s lieutenant governor, became an outspoken participant in the “Ending Cervical Cancer in Our Lifetime” campaign, a program started in 2006 by the National Lieutenant Governors Association and financed largely by Merck and Glaxo.Since 1997 Merck has given $197,000 to Virginia politicians and campaign committees. The Virginia Public Access Project, a nonprofit campaign finance watchdog has found that "The pharmaceutical giant has given $10,000 to Del. Phil Hamilton, R-Newport News, and $4,100 to Sen. Janet Howell, D-Fairfax." With such generous incentives, they have pushed vaccine mandates through the State Senate and House of Delegates claiming that it's not about Merck, but about fighting cancer. Yah, right. We can't forget about Texas Governor Perry who also got Merck incentives to push for the Gardasil mandates for fall 2008. What other state lawmakers pushing for the vaccine are getting incentives from Merck? What could be driving this? Merck has lost millions in recalls and lawsuits over VIOXX which was found to increase risks of heart attacks and strokes. Should parents have their hands tied to a vaccine that is clearly dangerous including 14 deaths that took place during trial?

Texas Governor Perry has created quite a stir by issuing an executive order that 6th grade girls be vaccinated with Gardasil. This is an unnecessary mandate considering how pap smears can already admittedly prevent cervical cancer. Cervical cancer does not spread like wild fire. The uproar brought on by Perry's paid executive order for the fall 2008 has resulted in a hearing brought on by House Public Health Committee.

May 2007 Governor Perry rants after his state legislators sent him a bill which bars state [health] officials from requiring the vaccine for school attendance. Asserting to only have interest in the health of Texas women, he states that the subject should be moved out of the political arena and into the court of public opinion. One must remember he had no interest in the court of public opinion when he bypassed legislator AND public opinion by rushing into an executive order coincidentally after being handsomely paid by Merck to lobby their vaccine. He stuck to his order despite public uproar. Never minding that Amanda Vail, Heather Burcham and others are part of less than 1% infected women with cancer, Merck and Perry capatilized on their story. Heather has been misguided on the vaccine and uses her last days to campaign for it as if it has been proven safe and effective.

The public uproar, over Merck's lobbying and states considering to do the same as governor Perry, has resulted in the enlightenment of a few facts that may make it even easier for parents to decide the validity of the vaccine, much less a school mandate. JAMA [Journal of American Medical Association] released publication on a study Feb 28,2007 on the prevalence of HPV in women between the ages of 14 and 59. Of the vaccine strains [ HPV-6, 11, 16 and 18] the prevalence was only estimated to be found in only 3.4% of the women. Amongst 18-25 year olds that would be deemed sexually active, only two percent were found to be infected with HPV-16 and HPV-18 associated with cervical cancer. May 2007 LA times reports on the New England Journal of Medicine released study which casts new doubts. Results show that 129 women would have to be vaccinated to prevent ONE case of cancerous lesions. Based on only three years of study, the vaccine reduces cervical cancer risks by only 17% over all. This is a far cry from the previously stated [only] 50% by researchers in the past. Dr. Harper furthers states, "I don't think this is the gun that is going to take cervical cancer off the map". Assuming that the targeted strains are prevented from causing cervical cancer, doctors are concerned that other high risk strains will proliferate. Merck and Glaxo are already working on possibly adding the other strains to the vaccine.

Dr. Harper says that to mandate now is of NO BENEFIT to young girls but only to Merck's profiting. The NEJM mentions that "some co-authors on the study are with Merck Research Laboratories which developed the vaccine and provided the funding."

Jon Abramson, chairman of CDC's advisory committee on immunization practices, is now claiming that he and panel members told Merck not to lobby state law makers to require the vaccine. This is called back paddling after the ACIP had already made the recommendation on the vaccine which is typically plays the lead role in the actions of the states when it comes to adding vaccines to the recommended schedule for school registration.

Meningitis and the Vaccines

Meningococcal meningitis (also known as aseptic meningitis) is an infection caused by the bacterium Neisseria meningitidis (also known as meningococcus) that causes inflammation of the membranes (meninges) that cover the brain, brain stem, and spinal cord and are caused by bacterial or viral infections.

Only 5%-20% of the population has the menigococcus bacteria. Infections are very rare. Especially that of the C strain that is targeted by the vaccine.

Viral meningitis is sometimes called aseptic meningitis to indicate it is not the result of bacterial infection and cannot be treated with antibiotics. Symptoms of meningitis, which may appear suddenly, often include high fever, severe and persistent headache, stiff neck, nausea, and vomiting. Changes in behavior such as confusion, sleepiness, and difficulty waking up may also occur. In infants, symptoms of meningitis may include irritability or fatigue, lack of appetite, and fever. Viral meningitis usually resolves in 10 days or less, but other types of meningitis can be deadly if not treated promptly. Anyone experiencing symptoms of meningitis or encephalitis should see a doctor immediately.

There are three meningitis pathogens targeted by vaccination: Hemophilus influenzae, Pneumococcal meningitis , and Meningitis due to N. meningitidis. None of which have been scientifically proven safe or effective.

Hemophilus Infuenzae is said to be the most common form of bacterial meningitis in the USA targeted by the hemophilus influenzae type b vaccination. The term "Hib disease" does not necessarily mean "meningitis". It is used for any disease where the Hib is found through laboratory testing. It is not defined by symptoms but the lab results only. The clinical definition is unclear.

There are eight biotypes in all but the vaccine only has one. Hemophilus Influenzae type b supposedly accounts for 95% of the hemophilus Influenzae diseases in children and 50% of the hemophilus influenzae diseases in adults. These strains cause mucosal infections, including otitis media, conjunctivitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia. The frequency of Hib infections in patients with asplenia, splenectomy, sickle cell disease, malignancies, and congenital or acquired immunodeficiencies is higher than in individuals without these conditions. Most strains (80%) colonize in the nasopharynx behind the nose.

Transmission is acquired by inhalation of respiratory tract droplets that can be sneezed, coughed up and simply breathed out by the infected. The incubation period is unknown. Before vaccinations the hemophilus disease was uncommon only found in 2-5% of children. The incidence rate in the USA is 0.00% at approximately 1 in every 1, 042, 145. The CDC's numbers are 260 average cases annually and 625 deaths from hemophilus infuenzae annually. For a 300 million population, that's only 2%. Is that enough to merit the a mass vaccination?

In 1987, Minnesota state epidemiologist, Michael Osterhom reported that the vaccine was actually increasing Hib infections instead of decreasing them. To the NIH he reported that in a study the Hib vaccine showed a five fold increase. The study showed the vaccine inability to "prevent" infection by -86%. Yes, that's negative 86%.

In a 2000 publication from CDC cites a 25% increase in insulin dependent diabetes in vaccine recipients receiving Hib vaccinations. This during a study done in Finland. (Data from New Zealand and Italy showed a 50% increase from the Hepatitis b vaccination). CDC's data showed that a child vaccinated after two months of life had an even greater risk of developing diabetes at 60%.

One of the Australian vaccine information sheets specifically states that brain damage can occur. These can later manifest in behavioral, developmental and neurological disorders. Some have experienced so much regression that they are unresponsive. This sounds very similar to symptoms of autism.

CDC suspected failure in 1993 when 30-50 cases are reported after adequate vaccination. Failure of the vaccine had already been established in a 1992 publication of the American Family Physician.

The vaccine, though invented and "recommended" to target meningitis, is not measured for success in disease elimination but Hib bacteria are found in laboratory tests.

Children are less likely to develop natural immunity from being exposed to vaccinated children

There are two vaccines used to supposedly fight against the Pneumococcal meningitis for which there are over 90 serotypes:

Pnu-Imune 23 (PPV23) - against S. Pneumoniae (primarily for pneumococcal pneumonia) for adults contains 23 serotypes and Prevnar (PCV) - against S. pneumoniae (primarily for pneumococcal meningitis) used on infants contains 7 serotypes. Scientists, in a New England Journal of Medicine 2000 article, concluded that bacterial meningitis in the USA is primarily in adults, not in small children as previously stated. Like many vaccines, the results of the prelicensure studies of Prevnar were reported and published before they were even complete. That goes against international rules of reporting clinical trials.

The foundation of the trials was to establish merit in vaccinating newborns with the vaccine. However, the 38,000 infants used in the trial were not included in NEJM publication supporting the idea. Did something go wrong that would have led to suspicion against it's claims of efficacy for small infants? Another factor in the studies, which were conducted by both Wyeth and Kaiser Permanente, is that the children were also given the more reactive DPT vaccination instead of the DTaP known to bring on less adverse reactions. In doing so, they put these children in even greater risk for traumatically serious adverse reactions during the course of five years. The two companies were given write off privileges for such reactions as seizures, high fevers, irritability....etc as having anything to do with the Prevnar. With the simple stroke of their pens, they were allowed to dismiss such reactions as having anything to do with the Prevnar and then blamed it all on the reactive DPT vaccination. Where's the science in that?

The Prevnar is a four shots series at $60/shot and only cover 7 of the serotypes. The big price tag insures big profits for the manufacturer. In 2000 there were only 1,500 reported cases of pneumococcal meningitis among infants. In comparative average of 3 million (at the least) babies born in America every year, that is not even a 1% case rate for the year. That's less than one percent at 0.0005%. However, with the marketed argument passed down to Pediatricians from CDC and on to parents being ear infections, profits for this unmerited vaccine are guaranteed. Prevnar is hailed as the vaccine to reduce and/or prevent ear infections. However, when it was licensed, that is not what it was necessarily licensed for use against. In Pre-licensure studies the vaccine was found to decrease ear infections by only 6% as compared to the unvaccinated population. The case of preventing ear infections with the Prevnar vaccine is also on shaky ground after licensure. 60% of ear infections are actually viral. Less than 40% are bacterial and only 25% of ear infections may have anything to do with the pneumococcus. So, over 60% of ear infections are unaffected by antibiotics. Dr. Van Heerbeek, in a 2006 Reuters publication, confirms the vaccines inability to prevent or reduce ear infections.

Indeed there are some ethical issues that need to be addressed in the trial of Prevnar. Many of the doctors involved in the testing and approval process have conflict of interests. Safety testing was inadequate. Of the chronic and debilitating disease seen in the vaccine, studies were only conducted for 5 years.

In a Dallas investigative report, Dr. Erdem Cantekin quotes "It is an ineffective and toxic vaccine" and that "the alleged benefits of this new vaccine are greatly exaggerated and the risks are significant." Soon after it's license in the U.S. there were 117 deaths reported shortly after vaccination.

Mother Nature Fights Back

A September 2007 publication points out the unfortunate effect of the Prevnar vaccine causing the drug resistant dominance of a bacteria not included in Prevnar. "The best way to prevent these resistant infections from spreading is to be careful about how we use antibiotics," said Dr. Cynthia Whitney, chief of respiratory diseases at the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The 19A strain has been resistant to all pediatric medication. While some of the infected children had to undergo surgery for tubes to help drain the infections, others were subjected to a strong antibiotic not yet tested for safety in children. 21,000 of 19A bacterial samples have been tested in the USA and are becoming a great concern as they increase. From 4% in the three previous years, between 2005-2006 there was a 15% increase amongst children 2 years old and under. The 19A was also found to be in 40% of cases resistant to medical treatment. 35% were found to be resistant to penicillin between 2004-2005. The year before Prevnar vaccine was licensed and recommended there was only 2% of them to be resistant to penicillin. Because these bacteria easily swap gene components to become even more hardy, "new types may emerge that can both escape containment by vaccine and spread throughout the world," says Dr. Daniel Musher of Baylor College of Medicine wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine.

October of 2007 yet another "super bug" has been identified and given the name MRSA for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. MRSA is a strain of the ubiquitous bacterium that usually causes staph infections that are easily treated with common, or first-line, antibiotics in the penicillin family, such as methicillin and amoxicillin. Resistant strains of the organism, however, have been increasingly turning up in hospitals and in small outbreaks outside of heath-care settings, such as among athletes, prison inmates and children. MRSA, which is spread by casual contact, rapidly turns minor abscesses and other skin infections into serious health problems, including painful, disfiguring "necrotizing" abscesses that eat away tissue. The infections can often still be treated by lancing and draining sores and quickly administering other antibiotics, such as bactrim. But in some cases the microbe gets into the lungs, causing unusually serious pneumonia, or spreads into bone, vital organs and the bloodstream, triggering life-threatening complications. Those patients must be hospitalized and given intensive care, including intravenous antibiotics such as vancomycin. For the year 2005 researches calculated that MRSA strikes over 31 out of every 100,000 Americans. With a population of 300 million that equals to a disturbing number of over 930,000 Americans infected and 18,000 MRSA associated deaths. In paper, Michael E. Pichichero and Janet R. Casey of The University of Rochester, NY document another growing strain of Streptococcus pneumoniae. Researchers attributed this to the vaccine (Prevnar) used against ear infections. "The use of the vaccine created an ecological vacuum, and that combined with excessive use of antibiotics to create this new superbug," Pichichero said. America, we most definitely have a problem.

"The most frequent type of drug- resistant skin infections among people going to emergency rooms is about three times more prevalent than U.S. health officials thought, according to new research. There were 31.8 cases of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA, for every 100,000 persons in the U.S. in 2005... All of the children in the study were vaccinated with Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) . The researchers found that the strains not included in the Prevnar vaccine were becoming more numerous and more resistant to standard antibiotics. "

On the VAERS database the Prevnar vaccine has been associated with over 217 deaths since 2000. One example is that of 9 month old Hayley Graves who developed seizures 40 hours after her second dose that the hospital staff couldn't stop. For the next 45 days she slipped in and out of a coma before she breathed her last breath. However, this is not old news. While the question still remains as to whether the vaccine is the direct cause of those deaths listed on the VAERS database, it is still unexplained. In it's prelicensure study against an experimental meningitis vaccine, Prevnar was associated with 12 deaths while the experimental Meningococcal group C conjugate vaccine [MnCC]) vaccine in the controlled group was associated with 21 deaths. Also in the study, Prevnar was found to increase seizures by 4%. Yet the FDA and CDC dismissed the seizures as having anything to do with the vaccinations.

The Prevnar vaccines shows failure almost immediately in the USA. The Minnesota State Health Department admits that infections after vaccination should be expected. You read it right. They refused to go into the number of cases amongst the vaccinated children they had experienced. In 2004 JAMA published the failure of the vaccine submitted to the VAERS database for the years 2000-2002. In those two years there were 4,154 reports of adverse reactions associated with Prevnar. The database had submissions of 23 positive rechallenges and 34 cases of invasive pneumococcal infections. They confirmed the submission of 117 deaths as well. there were 393 seizure with 94 of them being febrile seizures.

The World Health Organization admits in 2008 that the Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) is completely useless in preventing pneumonia. Therefore it doesn't justify the cost the government is putting out for it. It was found that incidents of asthma is doubled by the vaccine. The typical reaction of the manufacturer (Wyeth) is that the Indian article contains innacurate and misleading statements.

The efficacy study for Menactra (with 4 serotypes) against Meningitis due to N. meningitidis was compared with the efficacy of Menomune (with 4 serotypes). The Menomune brought on a greater response in antibody production. While the manufacturer's product insert for Menactra states that the vaccine has not been tested for it's immune response for individuals with compromised immune systems, the CDC recommends it's use on such individuals. No indication is given on the package insert for safety studies conducted on those with compromised immune systems and Menactra. Another caution put out by the manufacturer is the use of th vaccine on pregnant mothers. CDC simply makes a move of negligence and assumes safety of the vaccine, anyway, for pregnant mothers.

There were 6 clinical studies for Menactra with 7,642 participants 11-55 years old who received the Menactra and only 3,041 that received the Menomune vaccine. One must remember that it is all together difficult to obtain accurate comparative safety analysis with such a difference in participation numbers between the two groups. Once again, these studies did not include a group with an inert substance such as a saline solution. The lack thereof makes it even more difficult to achieve accurate comparative analysis on the safety of vaccines.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions were local pain, headache and fatigue. Most of these reactions were after the administration of Menactra. The number of severity was also higher after the use of Menactra. Guillain-Barre was reported after the administration of Menactra during the studies. The FDA put out an the alert September 30, 2005 on 5 GB cases. The CDC and FDA reported a total of 15 cases of Guillain-Barre in vaccine recipients of the Menactra in October. The FDA also admitted that "Also, vaccine adverse events are not always reported to FDA so there may be additional cases of which we are unaware at this time."

There have been over 1,160 reports of adverse reactions after Menactra vaccination.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

Vaccination against Meningococcal infections can now be added to the long list of vaccine failures. Britain was the first European country to introduce the vaccine against meningitis. In 2000, after a year of vaccinations, cover ups are uncovered in Britain. There were over 16,000 serious adverse reactions reported. (The Ministry of Health admits that only 10-15% reactions are ever reported). Despite the eleven deaths experienced by vaccinated individuals, the MOH insisted that the vaccine was safe. Britain's Justice Awareness Basic Support Group received daily calls of children with serious reactions. Thus, the government assurance of safety was on seriously shaky ground. Dr. Jayne Donegan witnessed an increase of serious reactions and testified to the government branding of vaccine refusal amongst parents as an act of irresponsibility.

The Australian government publishes several in 2005. In one case a three year old was vaccinated with Menjugate months prior to his diagnosis. His 16 month old sibling had also been vaccinated four months prior. Four days later his 7 year old sibling (who had not been vaccinated) developed symptoms and was hospitalized and treated. They were given the same disease diagnosis. Nine days later the 9 year old sibling also developed symptoms and was hospitalized. The Monjugate is no exception when it comes to serious adverse reactions. 50% of infants receiving the vaccine will become irritable. Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, minor skin rashes, dizziness and tiredness and some may faint at the time of the injection. Infants also experienced high pitched crying during the trials.

With the use of the MeNZB vaccine in New Zealand, the Ministry of Health declares vaccine failure after the death of a fully vaccinated 2 year old in 2006. According to the Ministry of Health, their published research shows that less than 13% of older infants have "protected levels of antibodies within 7 months of the third vaccine dose. Despite this information, they insist on a 4th dose for infants. So, the third dose does nothing to give prevention (doesn't work). Obviously, had the 1st and second doses brought on "protective levels" the third dose would not have been suggested or recommended. All this to equal vaccine failure. The following day the Ministry of Health discloses more deaths that took place after vaccination with the same vaccine. Only this time it comes out the MeNZB vaccine is a " medical experiment on one million healthy New Zealand children". Between 2005 and 2006 there are 4 published deaths after vaccination in New Zealand. The following stats that clearly indicate an already decline prior to vaccination in New Zealand were provided with the New Zealand article. More cases of infection despite vaccination have been published.

The United Kingdom witness an increase of meningitis related deaths after the introduction of the Meningitis C vaccine by about 17%. In 2000 the London Obersever publishes 11 deaths said to be blamed on the same vaccine. The government was accused of covering up the safety issues of the vaccine.

10% or more of vaccine recipients experience "Crying (infants), irritability, sleepiness, change in eating habits, diarrhea and vomiting (toddlers), and headache, myalgia, and arthralgia in adults" according to the product insert. Seizures have also been reported. Irritability is in 50% of vaccinated infants. The safety studies were compared with another vaccine, MenBvac, which was supposedly more reactive. No Efficacy trials have been performed with MeNZB so there is 0% guarantee that it will either work. This should explain it's failures in New Zealand.

Failure continues into 2007. The New Zealand medical officer was disappointed to see the vaccine failure continue. So if the mass experimentation continues, should this be considered an efficacy trial gone down? Logically speaking, of course.

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
500 cases of GBS were detected.
The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.

It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to about 13million people during the first wave of immunisation, expected to start in October.

Top priority will be given to everyone aged six months to 65 with an underlying health problem, pregnant women and health professionals.

The British Neurological Surveillance Unit (BNSU), part of the British Association of Neurologists, has been asked to monitor closely any cases of GBS as the vaccine is rolled out.

One senior neurologist said last night: ‘I would not have the swine flu jab because of the GBS risk.’

There are concerns that there could be a repeat of what became known as the ‘1976 debacle’ in the US, where a swine flu vaccine killed 25 people – more than the virus itself.

A mass vaccination was given the go-ahead by President Gerald Ford because scientists believed that the swine flu strain was similar to the one responsible for the 1918-19 pandemic, which killed half a million Americans and 20million people worldwide.

Within days, symptoms of GBS were reported among those who had been immunised and 25 people died from respiratory failure after severe paralysis. One in 80,000 people came down with the condition. In contrast, just one person died of swine flu.

More than 40million Americans had received the vaccine by the time the programme was stopped after ten weeks. The US Government paid out millions of dollars in compensation to those affected.

The swine flu virus in the new vaccine is a slightly different strain from the 1976 virus, but the possibility of an increased incidence of GBS remains a concern.

Shadow health spokesman Mike Penning said last night: ‘The last thing we want is secret letters handed around experts within the NHS. We need a vaccine but we also need to know about potential risks.

‘Our job is to make sure that the public knows what’s going on. Why is the Government not being open about this? It’s also very worrying if GPs, who will be administering the vaccine, aren’t being warned.’

Two letters were posted together to neurologists advising them of the concerns. The first, dated July 29, was written by Professor Elizabeth Miller, head of the HPA’s Immunisation Department.

It says: ‘The vaccines used to combat an expected swine influenza pandemic in 1976 were shown to be associated with GBS and were withdrawn from use.

‘GBS has been identified as a condition needing enhanced surveillance when the swine flu vaccines are rolled out.

‘Reporting every case of GBS irrespective of vaccination or disease history is essential for conducting robust epidemiological analyses capable of identifying whether there is an increased risk of GBS in defined time periods after vaccination, or after influenza itself, compared with the background risk.’

The second letter, dated July 27, is from the Association of British Neurologists and is written by Dr Rustam Al-Shahi Salman, chair of its surveillance unit, and Professor Patrick Chinnery, chair of its clinical research committee.

Halted: The 1976 US swine flu campaign

It says: ‘Traditionally, the BNSU has monitored rare diseases for long periods of time. However, the swine influenza (H1N1) pandemic has overtaken us and we need every member’s involvement with a new BNSU survey of Guillain-Barre Syndrome that will start on August 1 and run for approximately nine months.

‘Following the 1976 programme of vaccination against swine influenza in the US, a retrospective study found a possible eight-fold increase in the incidence of GBS.

‘Active prospective ascertainment of every case of GBS in the UK is required. Please tell BNSU about every case.

‘You will have seen Press coverage describing the Government’s concern about releasing a vaccine of unknown safety.’

If there are signs of a rise in GBS after the vaccination programme begins, the Government could decide to halt it.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, leaving them unable to transmit signals to muscles effectively.

It can cause partial paralysis and mostly affects the hands and feet. In serious cases, patients need to be kept on a ventilator, but it can be fatal.

Death is caused by paralysis of the respiratory system, causing the victim to suffocate.
It is not known exactly what causes GBS and research on the subject has been inconclusive.

However, it is thought that one in a million people who have a seasonal flu vaccination could be at risk and it has also been linked to people recovering from a bout of flu of any sort.

The HPA said it was part of the Government’s pandemic plan to monitor GBS cases in the event of a mass vaccination campaign, regardless of the strain of flu involved.
But vaccine experts warned that the letters proved the programme was a ‘guinea-pig trial’.

Dr Tom Jefferson, co-ordinator of the vaccines section of the influential Cochrane Collaboration, an independent group that reviews research, said: ‘New vaccines never behave in the way you expect them to. It may be that there is a link to GBS, which is certainly not something I would wish on anybody.

‘But it could end up being anything because one of the additives in one of the vaccines is a substance called squalene, and none of the studies we’ve extracted have any research on it at all.’

He said squalene, a naturally occurring enzyme, could potentially cause so-far-undiscovered side effects.

Jackie Fletcher, founder of vaccine support group Jabs, said: ‘The Government would not be anticipating this if they didn’t think there was a connection. What we’ve got is a massive guinea-pig trial.’

Professor Chinnery said: ‘During the last swine flu pandemic, it was observed that there was an increased frequency of cases of GBS. No one knows whether it was the virus or the vaccine that caused this.

‘The purpose of the survey is for us to assess rapidly whether there is an increase in the frequency of GBS when the vaccine is released in the UK. It also increases consultants’ awareness of the condition.

Panic over the number of swine flu cases has fallen sharply in the past few weeks

‘This is a belt-and-braces approach to safety and is not something people should be substantially worried about as it’s a rare condition.’

If neurologists do identify a case of GBS, it will be logged on a central database.

Details about patients, including blood samples, will be collected and monitored by the HPA.

It is hoped this will help scientists establish why some people develop the condition and whether it is directly related to the vaccine.

But some question why there needs to be a vaccine, given the risks. Dr Richard Halvorsen, author of The Truth About Vaccines, said: ‘For people with serious underlying health problems, the risk of dying from swine flu is probably greater than the risk of side effects from the vaccine.

‘But it would be tragic if we repeated the US example and ended up with more casualties from the jabs.

‘I applaud the Government for recognising the risk but in most cases this is a mild virus which needs a few days in bed. I’d question why we need a vaccine at all.’

Professor Miller at the HPA said: ‘This monitoring system activates pandemic plans that have been in place for a number of years. We’ll be able to get information on whether a patient has had a prior influenza illness and will look at whether influenza itself is linked to GBS.

‘We are not expecting a link to the vaccine but a link to disease, which would make having the vaccine even more important.’

The UK’s medicines watchdog, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, is already monitoring reported side effects from Tamiflu and Relenza and it is set to extend that surveillance to the vaccine.

A Department of Health spokesperson said: ‘The European Medicines Agency has strict processes in place for licensing pandemic vaccines.

‘In preparing for a pandemic, appropriate trials to assess safety and the immune responses have been carried out on vaccines very similar to the swine flu vaccine. The vaccines have been shown to have a good safety profile.

‘It is extremely irresponsible to suggest that the UK would use a vaccine without careful consideration of safety issues. The UK has one of the most successful immunisation programmes in the world.’

I COULDN''T EAT OR SPEAK... IT WAS HORRENDOUS

Victim: Hilary Wilkinson spent three months in hospital after she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome
When Hilary Wilkinson woke up with muscle weakness in her left arm and difficulty breathing, doctors initially put it down to a stroke.

But within hours, she was on a ventilator in intensive care after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

She spent three months in hospital and had to learn how to talk and walk again. But at times, when she was being fed through a drip and needed a tracheotomy just to breathe, she doubted whether she would survive.

The mother of two, 57, from Maryport, Cumbria, had been in good health until she developed a chest infection in March 2006. She gradually became so weak she could not walk downstairs.

Doctors did not diagnose Guillain-Barre until her condition worsened in hospital and tests showed her reflexes slowing down. It is impossible for doctors to know how she contracted the disorder, although it is thought to be linked to some infections.

Mrs Wilkinson said: ‘It was very scary. I couldn’t eat and I couldn’t speak. My arms and feet had no strength and breathing was hard.

I was treated with immunoglobulin, which are proteins found in blood, to stop damage to my nerves. After ten days, I still couldn’t speak and had to mime to nurses or my family.

‘It was absolutely horrendous and I had no idea whether I would get through it. You reach very dark moments at such times and wonder how long it can last.

But I’m a very determined person and I had lots of support.’

After three weeks, she was transferred to a neurological ward, where she had an MRI scan and nerve tests to assess the extent of the damage.

Still unable to speak and in a wheelchair, Mrs Wilkinson eventually began gruelling physiotherapy to improve her muscle strength and movement but it was exhausting and painful.

Three years later, she is almost fully recovered. She can now walk for several miles at a time, has been abroad and carries out voluntary work for a GBS Support Group helpline.

She said: ‘It makes me feel wary that the Government is rolling out this vaccine without any clear idea of the GBS risk, if any. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone and it certainly changed my life.

‘I’m frightened to have the swine flu vaccine if this might happen again – it’s a frightening illness and I think more research needs to be done on the effect of the vaccine.’

Hotline staff given access to confidential records

Confidential NHS staff records and disciplinary complaints could be accessed by hundreds of workers manning the Government’s special swine flu hotline.

They were able to browse through a database of emails containing doctors’ and nurses’ National Insurance numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, mobile phone numbers and scanned passport pages – all details that could be used fraudulently.

And private and confidential complaints sent by hospitals about temporary medical staff – some of whom were named – were also made available to the call-centre workers, who were given a special password to log in to an internal NHS website.

It could be a breach of the Data Protection Act.

The hotline staff work for NHS Professionals, which was set up using taxpayers’ money to employ temporary medical and administrative staff for the health service.

The not-for-profit company runs two of the Government’s swine flu call centres – with 300 staff in Farnborough, Hampshire, and 900 in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley described the revelations as ‘disturbing’.

Anne Mitchell, a spokeswoman for Unison, said: ‘There’s no excuse for such a fundamental breach of personal security. Action needs to be taken as soon as possible to make sure this does not happen again.’

A spokeswoman for NHS Professionals would not confirm whether access to the confidential files had been granted.

Quarantine or $1000 a day fine for refusing the vaccine

Last night Zero Hedge obtained some interesting documents from the CDC web site. They contain blank ‘forced quarantine’ orders from Iowa and Florida regarding novel H1N1 — including quarantine to a ’secure detention center’– which appear to be recent — dated April 2009. Some may be aware the NIH and CDC just held an H1N1 conference in DC — August 19-21 2009 — that focused on ‘mass fatality management’. For many, this should be cause for concern. As is becoming clear, our government is quite corrupt. The idea that this same government is now preparing for forced quarantine and mass vaccination should make anyone who has been following recent events shudder. There is something going on here, but governments have not come clean with the public. Why ’secure detention centers’ in the U.S. and ’secure vaccination centers’ in France if there is nothing to be concerned about? It is becoming increasingly clear that a global mass vaccination campaign is planned — likely to become mandatory in the 193 WHO member countries, despite serious safety concerns regarding these untested novel H1N1 vaccines, some of which are now known to contain high levels of the deadly adjuvent squalene.

Others may be aware that it was only last week that the Massachusetts State Senate passed a law making it a relatively serious crime to refuse a mandatory vaccination or to break a quarantine order. This law also includes rather astounding violations of the 4th Amendment, including warrantless searches and seizures of property if deemed necessary in an ‘emergency’. This new Massachusetts law also included authorizations for illegal arrest without a warrant and of forced vaccination of the public. But the political activity is not limited to the states. Yesterday Obama held meetings with senior cabinet officials regarding H1N1 ‘pandemic prepardness’ including HHS Secretary Sebelius. So this is not idle speculation. There is something going on here. Either the government knows something we do not, or this is the biggest hype since the dot com bubble.

Although the current H1N1 virus does not have lethal genes yet, we have been implicitly promised by the national and global health authorities that novel H1N1 will soon return with such genetic ‘upgrades’, just as it did in 1918. Here at ZeroHedge, we are expecting a flock of economic black swans soon, and a pandemic — whether real or hyped — may be part of this flock. An economic collapse will be no doubt be triggered soon , and it will be convenient for the political elites to blame the collapse on an external factor, such as a pandemic or a war. Furthermore, the fall H1N1 pandemic may be a convenient pretext by which dangerous levels of expanding social control can be established by elites which have proven themselves utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt.

For thousands of years mankind has survived in harmony with the cycles of sickness and health by understanding that acute illness often serves a purpose – to cleanse, strengthen and heal – and by suppressing symptoms with fever reducers and other drugs, chemicals and vaccines we interfere with natural healing and create more damage.

Hippocrates, the “father of medicine” understood this well as he said: “Diseases are crises of purification, of toxic elimination. Symptoms are the natural defenses of the body. We call them diseases, but in fact they are the cure of diseases.”

The famous medical historian Dr. Harris L. Coulter, Ph.D. viewed our “catching” infectious illness, whether flu or measles as ultimately beneficial.

“Contracting and overcoming childhood diseases are part of a developmental process that actually helps develop a healthy, robust, adult immune system able to meet the challenges that inevitable encounters with viruses and bacteria will present later on.” Coulter HL. More recent papers reveal that, among its other benefits, acute illness protects against cancer. One fascinating paper reported:

“The study consistently revealed a lower cancer risk for patients with a history of febrile infectious childhood diseases.” Albonico HU, Braker HU, Husler J. Febrile infectious childhood diseases in the history of cancer patients and matched controls. Medical Hypotheses. 1998;51(4):315-320.

Other researchers have found that getting colds and flu bringing protection from cancer:
“Researchers interviewed those with carcinomas of the stomach, colon, rectum, breast, and ovary and reported, “A history of common colds or influenza prior to the interview was found to be associated with a decreased cancer risk.” Abel U, Becker N, Angerer R et al. But these days people ask “How can I “fight” the flu?” I need to remind them that that this antagonistic approach was done in the past with horrible consequences. We don’t have to curse the darkness, we need to light a candle.

Let’s look at history.

The flu plague of 1918-19 took 500,000 American lives and over 30 million lives worldwide. However, most of the deaths were found to be due to bacterial infections, not the flu. Keith P. The horrific medical mortality rate

Why such a terrible death rate under medical care? Most all the deaths appeared to occur not in spite of medical care, but because of medical care.
Look at these statistics of the mortality rate under medical care:

n The mortality rate in US military hospitals averaged 36%.
n The mortality rate in US medical hospitals was 30%- 40%,
n A mortality rate of 68% was in New York City hospitals.Patterson MM. Osteopathic methods and the great flu pandemic of 1917-1918. J Am Osteopath Assoc.2000; 100:309 -310.

The chiropractic, osteopathic, homeopathic mortality rate

Under traditional osteopathy, chiropractic and homeopathy practicing MDs, the death rate was negligible.

For example, here is an osteopathic report:

n 2445 osteopaths treating 110,122 patients with influenza reported a mortality of 0.25%.
n The 400-bed Mass Osteopathic Hospital, in Boston, also reported a mortality of 0.25%. Walter GW. The First School of Osteopathic Medicine. Kirksville, Mo: The Thomas Jefferson University Press at Northeast Missouri State University; 1992:95 .

Similarly chiropractors reported saving nearly every patient:

n Davenport, Iowa: MDs lost one patient out of every 15 (6,116 deaths from 93,590 patients) while Chiropractors at the Palmer School of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa had but one death out of 1,635 cases of the flu.
n Iowa Doctors of Chiropractic reported 1 death out of 866. Rhodes WR: "The Official History of Chiropractic in Texas." Texas Chiropractic Association. Austin, TX. 1978.and "Chiropractic Statistics." The Chiropractic Research and Review Service. Burton Shields Press. Indianapolis, IN. 1925.

Those medical doctors practicing homeopathy reported great success:

Why the great disparity in mortality?

Regular MDs treated patients with fever reducers such as aspirin while the homeopathic MDs, osteopaths and chiropractors refused to suppress the patients’ fevers and other symptoms.

Further the osteopaths, chiropractors and homeopaths employed natural methods to promote the patient’s natural healing response.

As homeopathic practitioner Frank Newton, MD reported:

"There is one drug which directly or indirectly was the cause of the loss of more lives than was influenza itself: aspirin. We see this today in the reporting of swine flu deaths. Almost all of the deaths are in individuals under medical care who have underlying health conditions. Medical care is suppressive and with the aggressive use of even more powerful suppressive drugs today than in 1918 (antibiotics, steroids and others) the mortality may again be higher for those under medical care compared to healthcare practitioners who respect the wisdom of the body and work with the body to promote health and healing.

With the above in mind let us remember that In most all cases the flu should run its course.
n Patients should be comforted.
n Get lots of sun and eat nutrient dense foods now.
n Expressive healthcare is superior to suppressive healthcare.
n Suppressive medical care (antibiotics, fever reducers, other drugs and vaccinations) can make the illness far worse.
n Chiropractic, traditional osteopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy and other “natural” healthcare systems
n Avoid refined and non-organic foods.
n The flu for most is a temporary inconvenience that leaves a less toxic, healthier person in its wake.

Remember, the goal of healing is not to give temporary relief by suppressing symptoms and driving them deeper in to the body where they may give rise to chronic illness in the future.

The goal of healing is to permit the patient to express his/her symptoms and respect the natural self-healing ability of the body. True healing is long-term healing.

CDC Study: H1N1 Flu Deaths Higher In Older Children

study of H1N1 influenza's impact on children finds that most of its young victims have been of school age.

The information comes in a report by federal health officials that finds that about one in 13 U.S. H1N1 flu deaths have occured among children.

Normally, at least half of the children who die from flu are age 4 and younger. But more than 80 percent of the children who died with H1N1 flu were at least 5.

Researchers also found that about two-thirds of the children who died with H1N1 flu had a brain-related disorder like epilepsy or cerebral palsy. In a previous flu season, just a third of pediatric deaths had those conditions.

The report also finds that bacterial co-infections were blamed in most of the deaths of otherwise healthy children.

A 5-year-old Nashville child died of H1N1 influenza Monday.

A newly published study about "Early-life programming of later-life brain and behavior" (1) augments concern that vaccinating a pregnant woman increases the likelihood that her fetus will experience adverse neurologic effects.

Bilbo & Schwarz summarize an important role of cytokines as follows:
"Given their crucial role in brain development, it is not surprising that elevated levels of pro-infl ammatory cytokines generated by the maternal or fetal immune system during perinatal infection have been associated with abnormal fetal brain development and increased risk for neurodevelopmental disorders (Cai et al., 2000; Meyer et al., 2006; Pang et al., 2003; Richardson-Burns and Tyler, 2004; Urakubo et al., 2001; Yu et al., 2004)."

Consider several more points summarized by Bilbo & Schwarz:
A. "Increased levels of IL-6 in amniotic fluid have also been a clinically useful marker of increased risk for neurological disorders and morbidity (Yoon et al., 1995)". (1)
B. "Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the cell wall component of gram-negative bacteria, has been used to mimic infection in many studies because it initiates a rapid and well-characterized immune response (see Wang et al., 2006 for review)." (1)
C. "LPS markedly induces cytokine expression in the immature rat brain, which has been linked to white matter injury and cerebral palsy (Cai et al., 2000; Fidel et al., 1994; Golan et al., 2005; Urakubo et al., 2001)." (1)

Bilbo & Schwarz conclude their introduction by pointing out that 'tis not pathogen-particles that cause damage to the progeny, instead the adverse effects to the developing brain are caused by maternally produced cytokines:
"...the strong association between infection and developmental disorders spans a diverse number of bacterial and viral agents, suggesting a common mechanism such as cytokine release."

Given that excesses of maternally produced cytokines can damage the embryonic and fetal brain, the rush to vaccinate pregnant women raises concern because, in addition to other reasons (see below) vaccinations induce severe elevations of cytokines.

Let us be clear. For a pregnant woman, vaccination-induced neuropathy in her embryo or fetus may occur because vaccinations induce hyper-production of cytokines (2) which are known to alter development of the central nervous system (1, see also 3-4). Furthermore, most seasonal flu shots still contain thimerosal, which is 49.6% ethylmercury by weight; and most swine-flu shots will contain thimerosal even as many may also contain a squalene adjuvant, which hyperstimulates immunity and which was identified as etiologically significant in many cases of rheumatoid pathologies associated with Gulf War Syndrome (9).

Despite CDC and FDA belittlements, thimerosal injected by physicians and nurses adds neurologic risk to fetus and embryo. For instance, a study published last year reported that boys who had received thimerosal injections were 9 times more likely subsequently to have received special education services (5, see also 6-7). Previously, a CDC team in 1999 found thimerosal injections to be associated with autism, PDD, tics, speech problems, language disorders, etc (Verstraeten et al 1999; see 12-13). How many medications had sales enhanced as a result of brain development and behavior tweaked by vaccinal cytokines, by thimerosal and aluminum, etc?

Squalene is a naturally occurring molecule that, when injected as an adjuvant in vaccines, hyperstimulates immunity and (in many individuals) has created autoimmunity against brain and other tissues having endogenous squalene as a component. MF59 is a squalene-based adjuvant patented by Novartis and may be injected during many swine-flu vaccinations (eg, 8-11).

A further irony: according to news reports, initial testing of swine-flu vaccinations is likely to occur with formulations not containing squalene or thimerosal. Since the forthcoming "vaccines are safe" messages which we're certain to hear may be based upon vaccinations containing neither thimerosal nor squalene, messages about safety-testing of swine flu vaccinations shall remain a scientific fiction.

Indeed, when we hear news-reported messages from the CDC and FDA regarding safety of thimerosal, squalene, and flu shots - be they for normal flu or for swine flu - we are well served to remember the FDA's posture in regard to Vioxx. When FDA staffer David Graham, M.D., reported that Vioxx was likely to have killed tens of thousand of people, top-level big-wigs wanted to silence him, to have him fired. Fortunately, Congress intervened.

Similarly, when the CDC's team of researchers led by Verstraeten et al found evidence of thimerosal's adverse effects, Verstraeten et al 1999 proceeded deliberately to dilute their own data (12-13) and published a "study" based upon that diluting (14; 2003). Subsequently, the CDC's upper-echelon bureaucrats have failed to correct the deliberate diluting of data that would have caused many a graduate student to be expelled from university facilities.

For these reasons, when the CDC and FDA pronounce the so-called "safety" of swine-flu and regular-flu vaccinations, I don't know what to believe, don't know whom to trust. But recent history tells me to be very wary of vaccine-safety messages from the CDC and FDA. When pregnant women to endures a vaccination-induced cytokine storm accompanied by the injecting of thimerosal and squalene, she is likely to have put her embryo and fetus at risk.

The immune system is well characterized for its critical role in host defense. Far beyond this limited role however, there is mounting evidence for the vital role the immune system plays within the brain, in both normal, “homeostatic” processes (e.g., sleep, metabolism, memory), as well as in pathology, when the dysregulation of immune molecules may occur. This recognition is especially critical in the area of brain development. Microglia and astrocytes, the primary immunocompetent cells of the CNS, are involved in every major aspect of brain development and function, including synaptogenesis, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. Cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor [TNF]α, interleukin [IL]-1β, and IL-6 are produced by glia within the CNS, and are implicated in synaptic formation and scaling, long-term potentiation, and neurogenesis. Importantly, cytokines are involved in both injury and repair, and the conditions underlying these distinct outcomes are under intense investigation and debate. Evidence from both animal and human studies implicates the immune system in a number of disorders with known or suspected developmental origins, including schizophrenia, anxiety/depression, and cognitive dysfunction. We review the evidence that infection during the perinatal period of life acts as a vulnerability factor for later-life alterations in cytokine production, and marked changes in cognitive and affective behaviors throughout the remainder of the lifespan. We also discuss the hypothesis that long-term changes in brain glial cell function underlie this vulnerability.

This study investigated the association between vaccination with the Hepatitis B triple series vaccine prior to 2000 and developmental disability in children aged 1-9 years (n = 1824), proxied by parental report that their child receives early intervention or special education services (EIS). National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 1999-2000 data were analyzed and adjusted for survey design by Taylor Linearization using SAS version 9.1 software, with SAS callable SUDAAN version 9.0.1. The odds of receiving EIS were approximately nine times as great for vaccinated boys (n = 46) as for unvaccinated boys (n = 7), after adjustment for confounders. This study found statistically significant evidence to suggest that boys in United States who were vaccinated with the triple series Hepatitis B vaccine, during the time period in which vaccines were manufactured with thimerosal, were more susceptible to developmental disability than were unvaccinated boys.
